It was christmas, snow falling from the sky as the children play. Herb cookie is walking through the kingdom, everyone avoiding his as usual. He went to the oceanside, and stole a boat.
He let the Bulbasaur out of his bag and starting looking for dolphins. Why? Because he craves Dolophin meat.
After a while of not finding anything, Herb spotted a pod of Dolphins, he summoned a knife and some protective gear and dove into the water, murdering every dolphin in that part of the ocean, to the point where the water turned red of blood
The authorities noticed the sudden change of the waters color. And set out to investigate, Meanwhile. Herb cookie was still on a dolphin murder spree.
Herb noticed the Authorities chasing after him so he summoned a distraction and ran. After 8 hours of chasing. He was finally apprehended.
He was sentenced to 8 years of prison and 100 hours of community service.
