Lucy's POV
Today is school, I hope dad won't do anything stupid while I'm gone but it looks like he fell asleep after drinking too much whiskey yesterday — again. I checked his pulse before I left just to be sure that he is ok and go to the bus stop. The kids from yesterday are here again, they are talking and laughing and I want to make sure they are not talking about me so I scooted a bit closer and listened. "Who'll create the world?", the blonde asked excitedly. What does he mean with that? "I could" said the shortest of them"my parents let me play Minecraft as soon as I get home!" "Cool, when you'll be home?" The blonde wanted to know, he has a very annoying voice and is almost screaming even though his friends are standing right in front of him. "Around half past three, what about you Ran?" The tall one of the group, Ran, didn't react and it seemed like he zoned out. "Ran?", asked the brunette boy again. "Ranboo! Earth to Ranboo!", he said shaking his hands in front of Ranboo's face. "What?", the tall one asked and shook his head. I just now realized that he was wearing a black face mask. "When will you-"the brunette asked but soon got disrupted by the blonde: "The bus is here!" That's when I fell out my trance and walked to the bus, it seems like we go to the same school.
That's when the blonde notices me: "Hey! Who are you? I've never seen you before, also I'm Tommy!"he approached me. "H-hi, I'm L-Lucy"I managed to say and I immediately got mad at myself for stuttering. I am not a small child anymore! Why did I stutter! What will they think of me now? "Hi Lucy, I'm Toby but you can call me Tubbo! And this is Ranboo!"the boy in the green shirt said. "H-hello", Ranboo mumbled and just the fact that he also stuttered made me feel better.
When we were at school, we looked at the lists and found out that we all have the same homeroom except for Tommy. "That's shit! Why do these things always happen to me!", he complained. "Calm down big man", Tubbo spoke to him,"after that we're together again! Look!" I wondered how it worked that fast because Tommy was calm immediately— as calm as he can be.
