He couldn't believe what he just heard.
All he wanted was to tease her for a bit.
Now he really got curious.
She moved her hand away as soon as she could.
"Hey, are you okay?"
She backtracked.
"I am OK. Just leave please."
He took one step back and when she finally thought it was over,
he walked towards her.
"Wha...what..why..."
He stood in front of her.
His lips formed into a smile.
"What are you..."
Out of nowhere, he touched her face.
She couldn't control it anymore and fell on the floor.
"Stopp..!"
He kneeled down and pulled her towards him.
"Don't..let me go!"

Now her face was inches away from his face.
She could smell his warm citrus scent.
The sensation she felt was beginning to be overwhelming.
Tears started flowing down her burning cheeks.
"Where did the trickster go, huh?
Just minutes ago, she was busy tricking people, wasn't she?", he asked.
His deep voice was enough to send shivers down her spine.
"I'm sorry..please..let go."
He realized she had been crying and let go of his grasp.
He only wanted to tease her for what she'd done.
Her reaction messed up with his mind and he lost it for a second.
Honestly, he wanted to know why she reacted so strongly that way.
But he also knew that it's best for him to leave.
