Chapter 6: The Hidden World

Astrid, (y/n), Hiccup and Stormfly were gliding across the sea

"Where is she heading?" Hiccup questioned

"She's tracking something. Aren't you girl?" Astrid concluded from his dragons behaviour

She then dived down closer to the waters

"There's nothing but miles and miles of..." Hiccup trailed off when he saw what was infront of them

"Woah..." (y/n) gasped, amazed at the sight

There was a large sinkhole in the middle of the sea. The water fell into it, creating a circular waterfall effect around the perimeter

"A great waterfall." Hiccup spoke

"At the end of the world!" Astrid and (y/n) said in unison

Strormfly then dived down into the hole as the three riders yelped

"Stormfly!" Astrid called out

They passed by the end of the waterfalls and flew through the mist

They ended up in a cave which seemed to be ashy and dark

Srormfly then flew through an opening in the rock wall. The water was bioluminescent and glowed a bright blue.

The three humans gasped at the sight they saw

There were large pillars of rocks which had glowing algae growing on it, Providing a natural light for the dark.

Stormfly's scales began glowing a series of neon colours of orange and pink.

"Wow."

Below them were dragon eggs which were translucent, allowing the outline of dragon Fetus's could be seen

There was a large herd of dragonflies which glowed a neon orangey-yellow and flew on either side of Stormfly

Astrid, (y/n), and Hiccup reached out to touch the unfamiliar but stunning creatures

Stormfly dived deeper into the cave and entered a place which contained a haven of different dragons.
There were all sorts of species that gathered together as one

Astrid directed Stormfly to land onto the ground, a bit further back from the other animals

The three jumped off of stormfly

"It really does exist." Hiccup whispered
"Dad was right after all." (Y/n) whispered back

The three crouched on a rock and watched what was going on

Toothless and the light Fury were stood at the top of the vegetation

Hiccup went to lunge forward but (y/n) and Astrid held him back

"Shh, you'll spook them." Astrid informed

The two furies were being followed by the other dragons and they landed on a crystal which was in the centre of this amazing place

The dragons all roared and cheered when Toothless stood at the top with his wings spread

Toothless let out a roar in response

"Now, that's a king." Astrid laughed

Toothless looked back at the Light Fury and she approached him. The pair began to dance and rubbed their foreheads together

All the dragons spread their wings and shook, collectively doing a dance

Hiccup looked down and sighed

(Y/n) placed a hand on her brother's shoulder as Astrid gave a him a sympathetic look

"We should go." He said
