She paced back and forth in her room in a bit of a frenzy. "How!No!" She screamed. This was one of Cusham's biggest meltdowns yet. "Cusham, dear are you okay in there?" her mother asked behind the door. She took a hold of her feelings before answering calmly. "Yeah! I'm super chill"
Mrs Shar creased her brows n shook her head. 'This generation...' she thought to herself n walked away.

Cusham finally breathed when she saw her mother's shadow disappear from her door.
Back to the melting down. She pitifully slumped down on her bed,a lump in her throat.
Her feelings were hay wire, but she knew in her heart what her head tried to deny.

It didn't help that she had always had confidence in who she was. Guys were the center of her life. Well she liked some and some, well she simply thought they needed therapy. Like that crazy kid Mark at school who was always talking to the lab animals
and was always buried in books about aliens.
If they even existed.

But that's beside the point. Cusham was facing a crisis; bigger than anything else in her life.

She got up,ran to the bathroom and looked herself in the mirror.
She couldn't believe it.Cusham Shar was in love with her best friend, and that best friend rest assured was not a boy.

Cusham and Eliah were friends since they started highschool. They didn't have much in common but they found common ground and thought why not. Now the year was getting tough. It was understandable since it was the last one. Now she finds out she might potentially have a love fever wen it came to Eliah!

See Cusham knew that Eliah was Bi and frankly she never had a problem with it. The only problem was that it'd be okward and down right wrong, why, well Eliah had a girlfriend already.

These two besties they spent most of their time together and  shared a bond that was present even if they were miles apart. Cusham was ordered out of her room a while later by Mrs Shar. Her most dreaded moment was here. She was going to school, where Eliah was everywhere. Either way, she kissed her mother goodbye and was off. One question lingered on her mind, how would she face Eliah without totally losing it?

She hadn't found the answer when she approached the school gate. She was unsure whether to a t normal or just out with it and tell her, hell no! Not an option. But normal would just turn out weird."I'll just act normal. Plus I'm generally weird so she won't notice right?" She said to herself.

When she said her greetings to her favourite gateman,Frank she went into the school compound. This was after spending half an hour stalling with the poor gate man who had to listen to a lot of her irrelevant stories. That was up until Frank told her to go in as he had to close the gates. Her heart fell to the pit of her stomach when she saw Eliah coming her was down the pavement.

She looked around panicked and opted to jump into a bush before she was spotted.

"Ouch!" Another voice came from inside the bush. Cusham became alert. Oh no, she had landed on someone! The stranger was about to protest when she acted fast, holding his mouth with her hand. She watched as Eliah stopped, beside her a pretty brunnet named Sazy.

They had been dating a while and that's wat was the problem.
"What's wrong babe?" Sazy asked clinging to a boyishly dressed Eliah's hand. "Nothing I thought I saw Cusham here a few minutes ago." Eliah looked around.
"Ooh you and that best friend of yours! You never give me as much attention as you give her!" Sazy complained. Her lover winced. " Babe, your shouting...come on, plus don't start again. She's like a sister to me. Of course I have to care for her. Plus, I love you. Your my baby doll. Now come on I'll buy you ice cream after classes. Okay... "
Eliah was convincing enough and Sazy finally smiled sweetly.
They left heading towards the study blocks.
