Bas woke up listening to Godt's whispering voice.

Godt turn off the phone and lay down beside Bas again, they sleep at Saint's old room, it was a single bed so they sleep a bit thigh, not that it actually bothers them, Godt hold him by his side.
"Sorry did I wake you up?"
"Not really, it was cold" Bas snuggle closer to the taller man rubbing his cheek against his chest.
"I was talking with Tee, he thinks chief Nattapong could be back latter, so it would be safer to take you away to my cabin, while we send miss Jun with her sister, and when she's gone me, or Tae will pick you up to take you to the airport."
"... ok" Bas was still reluctant to go, but he understood it was the best option.
"Also... I'll talk to my father, if he invite him to have a meeting or lunch, we could take you out of town calmly..."
Bas look at him surprised "do you really think, all that is necessary?"
Godt hold his head against his chest, he didn't want to worry him, but he felt a dull ache in his chest worried that anything could happen...
Tae and he talk last night, Tae already talk to his mother, and she would be waiting for Bas at the airport, like that there was no way anyone could intercept him there, and Godt had already talk to his sister asking her to help him with his father since actually he wasn't fond of Chief Nattapong precisely for the way things resolve ten years ago.

Miss Jun make them breakfast and they were getting ready to get out when his sister call him.

Godt groan, he was hoping to stay with Bas at the cabin until the time to take him to the airport, but maybe that was a better idea, like that he would be sure that Chief nattappong would be away from Bas *ok, I'll be there*

"Something wrong?" Bas walk behind him.
"Nothing, my sister told me I need to go home, I'll let you at the Cabin and go home, and latter Tae would pick you up to take you to the airport" Godt caress his hand and smile reassuringly.
"Oh! ok" Bas couldn't help the disappointment in his voice, he was hopping to spend his little time left with Godt and maybe that he would take him to the airport.
"Babe, don't pout" Godt look around and saw miss Jun walking away to the kitchen and Tae talking on the phone, so he left a little peck on Bas lips "I'll stay with you the most I can, ok?"
"My sister just call, she will be here in thirty minutes" Tae help to carry miss Jun's bag to the living room, she look around overwhelmed, they had pick most of the pictures and had left covered the dining table and the couch not to let them cover with dust while they send another car to bring the bigger things, for now she just took her belongings.
"Aunty, I'm happy to be able to see you again, please take care" Bas hug her and left a peck on her cheek just like when he was a child, she smile and stroke his cheeks.
"Thank you for coming back, and for bringing the memory of my son with you" she clean her falling tears "I stayed in this house because it was the only memory from my family, but... now I know that they live in my heart, in the smiles and the happy moments we share, and I remember them all thanks to you, my little boy" they hug again.
"Please take care of your health aunty, and please cook again those delicious dishes you always made."
Aunty Jun smile and look around, Godt was coming to the living room from the kitchen carrying the bag with the groceries.
"I'll cook again, and I'll invite you all."
Bas walk to the room to pick his bag and miss Jun walk to Godt "please take care of him, he deserves to be happy, so don't hurt him."
Godt stroke the smaller hand smiling "I wouldn't do that; I like him more than you can imagine."
"I know" she stroke his hand and smile.

The sweat cover his forehead and the heavy pants try to get air to his burning lungs, his body aches everywhere, his muscles were tired for the exercise, and it looks like the raincoat wasn't working against the heavy rain falling on his body.
"Shit! Shit! Shit!!"
Godt keep walking panting through the woods, how could this happen??!! How could things go downwards so hard??!!!
The rain keep falling on top of them, all searching two people, 15 persons and no signal, he want to scream on top of his lungs, but he knew that wouldn't resolve anything and that wouldn't help to find his boyfriend.
"Godt!! Don't walk alone!!" Tee who reached him pull his arm, he just pull of and keep walking, Tee hold him again harder "you won't help Bas by getting lost!!"
"Shit!! Tee, it's been 5 hours since I last saw Bas! Do you want me to walk around calmly?!!, I promise to take care of him!! I promised we would be together... and..." he gulp the lump in his throat and thank the rain for cleaning his tears. "a stupid maniac could have him... FUCK!! I NEED TO FIND HIM!" he fall on his knees crying openly.
"Godt come on, man let's keep searching, I know my pup, he's strong, we will find him" Tae knelt by his side and stroke his shoulders, Godt take deep shaky breaths and stood up.
The rain make the way even harder; the mud cover their feet and the darkness make the search almost impossible, Godt asked an old, retired forest ranger neighbor for help, who was the best in the area, the police where helping, and some neighbors.
The first place they search was the place where Saint had died, but didn't find anything, some police officers stay there to keep watch, the rest of the group walk by the river side, for the heavy rain it was dangerous but there was no signs of a body, so they decide to walk deeper to the forest hoping to find Bas and his captor.
"The dogs can't find anything" due to the heavy rain it was hard even for the cans to find the smell, Godt grunt desperate, they didn't have many options and with the heavy rain it was dangerous to keep the searching and more by the river side.
Tee's radio sound making Godt look up
*Officer Thanaphon Speaking*

Godt turn around feeling his heart beating hard in his chest.
