There is a knock on the door, and he perks up, before yelling towards it.

"Give me a second!"

Katsuki is making the meal plan for the next couple of weeks at the dinner table, markers and a calendar in front of him. The table is also cluttered with cookbooks, some flipped open. Izuku is working in the bedroom.

If he had to guess, the reason he isn't getting the door is because he's using his headphones while, so Katsuki quickly starts to finish what he's doing, writing down some stuff, but the knocking gets louder.

It sounds like someone is slamming their entire body against the door, trying to break it open. Katsuki grits his teeth and already feels his heart pumping faster in anger. He stands up, sending the chair skittering back and thudding against the wall.

"I said I was fucking going!!"

He stomps down the hall and towards the door, ready to make sure the person on the other side never has the ability to knock on his door like that ever again. He swings it open, and the woman standing in front of him looks just as pissed off.

She has a white bag over one shoulder, the golden buckle gleaming in the light, her white coat and outfit matching it. She is dressed like she just got off of the fucking runway, and he instantly knows who it is.

"Katsuki, you damn brat!"

"Brat?! You're the one knocking on my fucking door like you're going to die, old hag!"

His mother scowls, but as Katsuki lets her in, she ruffles his hair and pats his shoulder.

"Where's Izuku?"

Katsuki shuts the door as her hand leaves his hair.

"He's working in our room. What the hell are you doing here?"

She looks around the hallway, and Katsuki doesn't miss the smile that ghosts her lips when her eyes land on the pictures that are up. She looks back at him, the sunglasses resting on her head an expensive brand.

"What, I can't just come and visit my son and dear son in law?"

She starts to go further into the house and Katsuki follows her into the kitchen, a scowl on his face.

"Yeah but turning up out of the fucking blue is annoying as hell."

Mitsuki waves her hand, disinterested.

"You're lucky I'm gracing you with my presence, brat."

The door to the bedroom opens and Izuku pokes his head out, his headphones around his neck. His green eyes meet Mitsuki's red ones, and he lights up, quickly opening the door and rushing towards her.

"I didn't think you were coming over today, Aunt Mitsuki! How was the dive over? Are you feeling okay? Do you want some tea? I'll start the water, I think we have cookies or something in the pantry, you-"

"Ah my little Izuku! How many times do I have to tell you to call me mom?"

She wraps him in a tight hug, and Izuku quickly hugs back, a big smile on both of their faces. Katsuki goes over to the stove and starts the tea. Finishing the meal plan will have to wait a while, if the excited chatter from both of them is anything to go by.
