I was almost to our destination along with my son. Sadly I ran out of gas. I had to abandon Knuckles car and take my baby out.

I also put on a long red cape and hood to hide my face. Plus it was still raining.

I looked at my son who was looking at me a little. He looks halfway like him & halfway like me.

We kept going, we didn't look back while walking to Persephone-ridge.

It's like a normal looking village but less like hedgehog village.

Neighbors were quiet but normal. When we arrived, I had to look around.

It also have a stone encrusted ground and also a chapel made entirely of marble-stone.

It took about a couple of villagers to ask where my Aunt Izumi lives.

But I was able to find her.

My son and I had to wondered into the streets as we arrived to Aunt Izumis.

I knocked on the door twice. When one of my cousins open the door, she immediately saw me and Nakuru together.

She was surprised but Meroko wasn't. Aunt Izumi let us in.

We sat down but I had to hold my son close to me.

Aunt Izumi explained that Manic told her about what happened.

Turned out they were expecting us except for Meriko.

Aunt Izumi then said, "Dear Nephew, don't beat yourself up okay? We make mistakes all the time. Look, we agree to help you raise the boy. I am dreadfully sorry for the loss of your friend."

Sonic sighed deeply before looking at Nakuru 'who was sound asleep'.

I held him close and said while crying, "Thank you guys. Though I feel so..."

I cried as my cousins comfort me. I had to pull myself together and raise my son.

I whispered, "I promise to raise you well my son."
