A Run In

It was in the afternoon when Little Nakuru was hanging out with Sonic and Baby J.B.

Though when, Sonic went off to get to the marker with his two children, they had a run in with an old friend and her husband and daughter.

They were at the fruit section, J.B. cooed while Nakuru looked around.

He said to J.B., "Okay sweetie. Let's get you some fruit."

Naukuru kept his focus on the grapes as he asked, "Dad, can we get some grapes?"

Sonic replied to his son, "Maybe."

That was when Elisa sees Nakuru and rushed to him.

Sonic looks at her before Nakuru greets her back.

Nakuru asked, "Where are your parents Elisa?"

Elisa points to them and said happily, "They're right there."

That was when a familiar female voice said 'sorrow-like and surprising', "S-Sonic?"

Sonic was frozen before he looks to see Amy and Shadow 'with surprisingly and sad expressions'.

Shadow then said, "So, this is where you have been hiding."

The blue hedgehog sighed deeply before Amy walked to him and slapped him.

Amy said sadly, "I-I'm sorry... I-I was just... Just too scared. I was so worried. You scared us to death."

She had tears in her eyes as Shadow hugged her.

Sonic replied as he felt his face, "It's fine Ames. I-I deserve that."

Elisa then said to Nakuru 'showing her father to him', "This is my Daddy. The ultimate lifeform."

Nakuru gulped 'looking at Shadow nervously'.

Nakuru said to him nervously, "N-Nice to meet you sir."

Shadow looks at him before he calmly said, "You as well."

Amy looks at the two and asked, "So are these really, your children?"

Shadow asked as he crossed his arms, "Playing God faker?"

Amy elbowed her husband as Shadow let out an 'Ow!' before Sonic answered, "Yeah. It's a long story Amy."

She nodded in understanding. That was when Elisa said to Sonic, "Hi. It's nice to meet you. I'm Elisa."

Sonic nodded and said, "Nice to meet you."

He turns to Amy with worry and guilt. Though he had a question or two about she and Shadow.

He sat down on a bench nearby and told Amy what had happened.

Luckily she understood him. Amy said to him, "Oh Sonic. I... I'm sorry that happened. But you can't bring back that dead. I know, I kinda tried to bring back my grandmother."

That was when they caught up on something they had miss out.
