Prior to the current version of CRiTORA: Abnormal, there was an earlier version of CRiTORA: Abnormal featuring a different Mighty Trio: Osmehel Solsym, Darrell Halostorm, and Ingrid Sprinkandle.
This version of Abnormal was much darker in tone and involved CRiTORA being slashed by a permanent V-CRiTORA, [ERROR SCRAMBLED NAME]. Only one animated episode of it was released. A novelization for this version was made, but is lost media.
Due to a temporary falling out between Daydreaming Birdie and LastyGhost in late 2022, the initial version of CRiTORA: Abnormal was cancelled and the original Mighty Trio were repurposed for LastyGhost projects.

The main antagonist of the initial version of CRiTORA: Abnormal was [ERROR SCRAMBLED NAME], the permanently infected form of Yolky.
This form of Yolky was retired for being too gruesome and another infected form of Yolky with a less fearsome appearance has been planned out. Yolky does not appear in the current version of CRiTORA: Abnormal nor is she mentioned.
