Chapter 6

"What a beautiful day to annoy someone" Those were the first thoughts of Satoru Gojo when he walked in the building of his work. He wasn't even expected to appear every single day, but he liked it. It was no fun for him to stay home alone when everybody he knew was at the Jujutsu Tech grounds. Why should he miss out on all the fun? The white-haired sorcerer god walked around the empty hallways thinking of what mischief he could do. There were a few options. Go to the pharmacy and try touching and moving Shoko's things, but that was most likely to result in her smacking him and cursing at him. The next one was to annoy Kumi by walking around her office talking shit as she worked and maybe pull the plug out of her printer until she gets frustrated. Or maybe go to Nanami's office and annoy him. Just his presence would be enough to do that. The smallest things make Nanami angry. Anything that disrupts his work is considered a chance he'd get mad and stressed. Yeah, he should do that. He didn't feel like putting much effort into it and Nanami was the one that took a break from sorcery and Gojo's pranks. 

Walking to his office he took every step very slowly trying to be as silent as possible, so Nanami didn't see it coming. A grin on his face while he turned the doorknob. Lightly pushing the wooden barrier he poked his head into his friend's office. The smile on his face disappeared in an instant. Kumi was leaning on his desk and they were talking about something. Gojo stays quiet not moving as he realizes he hasn't been noticed yet and something in him wants to know what's about to happen next. He watched closely as Nanami spoke to her with a soft smile on his face and she laughed at something he said. It wasn't possible to hear what was their topic because they spoke in a softer tone. 

After a few moments, Nanami stood from his chair put a hand around Kumi's waist, and leaned in for a kiss. She accepted it gladly and they shared a kiss. Gojo's eyes widened seeing this. They looked like they did it many times, as if they were a real couple. His shock had to wait because Nanami walked past her and towards the door so he had to move quickly. Not closing the door Gojo just ran down the hallway and into the pharmacy. Slamming the door behind him he sighed. 

-What made you run so fast?- Shoko asked nonchalantly with a cigar in her mouth. 

-It's Nanami, I saw Nanami...- he muttered in shock as he walked to take a seat in the corner. 

-Bet you did something to him.- she laughed not really paying attention to Gojo's distress. 

-I saw him and... and Kumi kissing...- he said in the most dramatic voice. -Can you believe it?!- 

-And what's the issue with that?- she responded bluntly. 

-They. Were. Kissing.- Gojo waved his arms around making it way more dramatic than it was. 

-What's the big deal? They're allowed to do that, they're a couple.- she said confused. 

-They're dating?!?!- Gojo screamed in shock. -Why didn't they tell me?!-

-Keep it down, Satoru.- she ordered him to be quiet and he froze in the middle of yelling and jumping around. -Nanami thought it'd be best if you didn't know. He's mentoring Kumi for the higher position and that'd be over if the higher-ups found out.- she explained. 

-He thought I'd tell on them? I'm disappointed.- he grunted crossing his arms like a child. 

-Considering your ranting, yes. We all thought that. Now, that you know, please keep quiet at least until Kumi gets her promotion. You know it means so much to her.- Shoko gave him a serious look and his demeanor shifted. 

-Right, I won't.- he nodded. Then he proceeded to take the chair from the corner of the room and put it right in front of the female. -Tell me how long they have been dating. I wanna know everything.- he was now serious like it was a life or death situation.
