So what if yesterday didn't go as plan and I ended up calling Mila at 9 o'clock after she told me I shouldn't go. And she practically shouted at me.
But.
You know tonight could be different. I'll just go to the park and come right back.
Knock.Knock.
Hm. I wasn't expecting anyone this time of the night.
Looking out of my window, I saw it was Anya.
What was she doing here. Doesn't she have a fiancé to go home to? And no I'm not being rude, I like it when my sister comes over to spend some time with me, but it's 8 o'clock in the night.
Opening the door I said, "Hey Anya, what's up?"
Anya was my only sister. She didn't look like me though, she had light brown hair like my mom's, and she had pale skin like my dad. Unlike me I had my dad's blonde hair and my mom's olive skin.
"I have some news for you." She said stepping inside.
Um. I wonder what it could be.
The last time she told me she had news for me that's when I was introduced to a disappointment of a brother in law.
"Yes?" I closed the door behind her with she stepped in.
She looked at me with a huge small on her face.
"Anya what is it." I said really not wanting to hear the news.
Putting her hands in her coat pocket she pulled out a pregnancy test.
"I'm pregnant!" She announced, smiling at me.
"Huh? I'm sorry, repeat?" I asked a fake smile on my face.
"I'm pregnant." She repeated again.
Oh.
Okay. Okay. Before you call me a bad sister. I'm not. Yes I am happy for her. Im really happy to say the most. I just don't like her husband and I know he doesn't like me either. I mean yes I expected it, but I still hoped they would break up. Kinda. Okay, now I'm just being mean, i really need to stop bringing my brother in law and I problems into my sisters life.
"Really. I'm so happy for you." I said, giving her a hug.
"Aw. Thank you. I still haven't told Marcus. I was headed home and decided to tell you first. Like you're my little sister and all." She said planting a kiss on my forehead.
"This is a cute moment but you know I don't like when you kiss me so you need to stop."
We both started laughing.
"Sorry, I'll remember next time." She replied wiping her hand on the place she kissed.
"So this is like a new chapter right. You're going to have babies now. Well hopefully just one." I giggled.
"Yeah, I don't know about the just one part, but it's definitely a new chapter." She laughed.
"You make me sick." I said making her laugh more.
"Well I should get going now, I still have to tell Marcus." She said standing up from the couch, "bye lil sis."
