The shackles that binded Yuma disappeared and she looks at her wrists and ankles at what was left of them before noticing that Maria was falling down from the air. Yuma immediate ran over and caught Maria, leaving crater in the floor and she coughed before asking, are you okay master?

Maria was fast asleep in Yuma's arms and Yuma sighed in relief before saying, thank goodness she's okay.

Suddenly, the magic portal that blocked Yuma from escaping her prison opens an she looks at it, then back down at Maria and stood up, carrying Maria with her through it.

Yuma's vision was temporarily blurry as she stood still among the center of a dark forest. As her vision was refocused, Yuma looks down at Maria who was still sleeping and Yuma said,

I  guess she used up all of her magic when I asked her to combine her magic with the magic sprites. Best to think it through next time.

As she was looking for a safe place to set Maria down, Yuma encountered a pack of small time monsters and out of instinct, she growled at them, scaring the monsters off. As she continued searching, Maria's eyes gently opened and she looks up at Yuma's face and asks, Princess Yuma?

She looks down at Maria and asks her, Can you walk, Master?

Maria looks confused an said, um, yes but, why are you calling me master all of a sudden?

Yuma sets Maria back down on her feet and said, check your right shoulder, I formed a pact with both you and your Angel, Grand Maria.

She looks at her shoulder and saw a magic symbol on it and she said, oh, okay then. But please don't call me master anymore, just call me Maria.

Yuma smiles and says only if you stop calling me princess.

Maria smiled then says okay. hmm...

Yuma looks at Maria and asks her, what's wrong? is something the matter Maria?

She shook her head and Maria says, No, it's nothing like that.

Yuma tilts her and Maria said, its just, I'm sensing a massive meadow to the north of here.

it will make a great place to build our own home, don't you think?

there might even be enough space for some farming fields and a barn too!
