Everyday I'm fighting with the feelings of heavy regret and guilt that I couldn't help them in time. I should've been handled the motherfuckah before I left for Teisha.....my brother and sister ain't here no more, cuz of him! I feel like a failure, cuz finding motherfuckahs like Eric comes easy to me and I can't fuckin find him!

This last month and a half, there's been some problems in other countries, it's nothing they need us to step in for....but we should be aware if that would happen. We can't exactly prove it, but this has Danilo's name written all over it......he's been on some bullshit since his brother died and recently his parents. There's been a lot of drugs, trafficking of prostitutes and women across country borders, innocent civilians dying and it's sad that we can't do nothing about it, cuz we only handle American hostages.
There haven't been any......
And we all sit back and sadly watch the bullshit, cuz these countries aren't allies with the US. All this pent up anger Danilo built since his brother died......he's using it to put these countries against each other, they all work with him and does business with the Pascal family.
Those countries got their own cartels that answers to that family. They get the drugs that the Pascal's have and the guns that they can't get nowhere. Our government has them and we're fortunate enough to learn the whole logistics of them......but ain't no way in hell the US is gonna work with those countries. Danilo has to know that it was Americans that killed his brother, Cesar did kidnap an American child.....! Danilo could of attack the country first, we did kill his brother.....but I think he's silently using the problems these countries got with each other.....
To try and draw us out......not the whole country, but the exact ones who killed his brother......
