Ellis' POV
Zach and I wake up at the same time. I feel tired, and there are tears in my eyes. I stare at him, and he hugs me right away.
"I love you, honey," he softly says while hugging me.
"I love you too," I respond.
Later, checking my phone, it's already 6:00 AM on Monday. I realize I need to get ready for my work as a teacher at Maryland Academy. From that day, the nightmare doesn't haunt my dreams anymore.
After class, as I'm about to leave school, I see Zach standing near the gate with his bicycle. As I approach him, he kisses me on the lips and gives me the red roses hidden behind his back.
Honey, thank you for the roses; I appreciate it!" I say as I look at Zach. "Also, what are you doing here?" I ask him.
He smiles gently, "Honey, I know you're tired of your work. I just want to ease that by riding a bicycle with you, just like before."
I stare at Zach with tears in my eyes, feeling relieved to have a boyfriend who takes care of me, supports me in everything I do, and always makes me feel safe. He's my rider, he's my lover, and he's Zach Krucik.
Zach wipes away the tears in my eyes and says, "Don't worry, honey. I will always be beside you." I then take a seat on the backseat of the bicycle, and we ride together, heading home after a long day.
Zach's POV
7:00 PM at home.
Someone's knocking on the door.
"Honey, someone's knocking. Can you please open it?" Ellis calls out while washing the plates.
"Yeah, wait." I open the door, revealing Kenzo. I quietly tell him not to make noise as we surprise Ellis, hiding outside.
Ellis looks confused, approaching the open door seeing darkness, and we're ready to surprise him. He feels shocked as we spring the surprise.
"Oh my god. You really surprised me!" Ellis exclaims.
He hugs us, and the night is filled with never-ending laughs and moments together.
Underworld of Mind
Kiena's POV
"This isn't the end yet! Do you think you've really escaped the nightmare? I will always come back to haunt you in the middle of the night," I state, smirking and laughing evilly.
