Early in the morning, (Y/N) woke up and left his bed a little quickly. He knew today was a special day, because Su's birthday is today. Leaving his room, dressed in very casual clothing, he saw his parents with smiles on their faces. Both of them were also planning on celebrating her birthday, so they invited quite a few people, supernatural and not.
Alex: Son, are you heading to get the cake?
(Y/N): Yeah, I'll be back with it.
Ophis: Just be safe out there, okay?
(Y/N): I will, mom.
Both parents smiled and (Y/N) had left to get the cake for his sister.
Scene Change, Kuoh Mall
After arriving at the mall, (Y/N) went to the bakery and received the cake. It was a bit of a big one, so he and one of the bakers had walked over and placed it in his truck gently. Heading back in to pay, he also looked into the jewelry shop and saw a necklace that he felt she would love.

After paying for the necklace, (Y/N) hopped in his truck and drove home as carefully as he could so the cake wouldn't be ruined. Once he got there, he and Alex carried the cake inside and set it on a low table. Keeping it in the box for now, they the went to her room and wake her up. (Y/N), being the caring brother he is, knocked gently and didn't get a response at first. Worried, he went in and saw her still sleeping. He smiled to himself as he saw Su sleeping peacefully. (Y/N) looked and saw the other two awake behind him, smiling at him.
Momoko: Good morning, (Y/N).
Moa: Morning, (Y/N).
(Y/N): Morning, girls. You two sleep okay?
Both girls nodded and went downstairs after (Y/N) told them to wait there. He then went into Su's room and sat by her bed. Brushing some hair away from her face, he gave his sister a kiss on her head. This caused Su to stir in her sleep and wake up groggily.
(Y/N): Morning, birthday girl.
Su, just waking up, realized it was her birthday today and hugged her brother happily.
Su: *A little groggy* Thank you, little brother..
(Y/N) gently caressed her hair, making Su smile at his comforting touch. He then left her room so she could be dressed. Coming downstairs, (Y/N) saw his girls, family, and those he knew personally. He also saw Issei with Asia in his arms, smiling as he saw the Red Dragon getting better. Alex then went up to escort Su down the stairs, as he felt that would be a perfect father/daughter moment for the two of them. (Y/N) looked over to Ophis and took her to a separate area away from everyone.
Ophis: Is something wrong, son?
(Y/N): Not really. I wanted to show you first my gift for Su. *Showing the necklace*
Ophis was shocked at the necklace (Y/N) got, and smiled at her son, proud of him. When they returned, everyone looked to the top of the stairs and saw Su in her favorite dress for her birthday.

Smiling brightly, she was led downstairs by Alex, who the two met up with (Y/N) at the end and he took his sister to her birthday throne. Once she was seated, everyone then took turns handing her presents, some were simple and others were pricey. Despite that, her smile never faded off her face. One by one, Su opened up the gifts she received, and was happy about what she got so far. (Y/N) smiled at his sister acting like a little child, but he knew this was her special day. He was also surprised by Issei, who (Y/N) thought that the Red Dragon would do something very perverted. What Issei did instead was buy her a concert shirt that was tailor made for any woman.

Seeing his sister happy, (Y/N) then waited until he was last to give Su her necklace. After everyone went, (Y/N) was behind her and put the necklace on his sister. Shocked at that, she looked down and teared up after seeing the necklace. Su got up and hugged her brother tightly, almost crying her eyes out as she was happy that her brother got that. Calming down, she then wondered what her cake would look like, and the father/son duo lifted the box, revealing a multi-layered cake for their daughter/sister.

Smiling, she then cut herself the first slice, afterwards everyone got a slice and were happy, celebrating Su's birthday.
Timeskip Nighttime
After everyone had left, (Y/N) went up to his sisters' room, seeing her sit on the bed. He took a seat next to her and had an arm around her, which Su put her head on his shoulder with a very bright smile.
Su: Thank you for making this birthday the best, (Y/N).
(Y/N): Of course, sis. This was your day today. You deserve to have this celebration.
Su only smiled and kissed her brother on the cheek, then falling asleep on his shoulder. Smiling to himself, (Y/N) then placed her on her bed, handing the stuffed dragon to her, and left his sisters' room to let Su sleep. After going to his room, (Y/N) then got into his bed, where all of his girls waited for him. Getting in it, he was tangled by all of them, and sleep took everyone over, ending the celebration of Su's birthday with a smile on everyone's faces.
