AUTHOR'S POV:
In Raichand Mansion
It is the morning time, and as an early riser Devansh woke up early and hit the gym as usual to his routine.
Morning prayers are going on and a lady in 50's walking towards Devansh in the living room from the temple area with Aarti thali in her hands.
She is none other than Devansh's mom Naina Raichand .
Devansh bows down to her mom and touched her feet
"God bless you baccha.. Good morning" Naina said while giving aarti to him and putting her hand to his head and blesses him to which Devansh smiled and wished her
Later,
Everyone joined at breakfast as usual.
"Dev, where is Veer? Why is he not here at breakfast till now?" Asked Rajveer
"Dad he must have slept late at night that's why he is not here!" Devansh said
At the same time Veer joined them and said "Good morning everyone... Kese ho sab.....! Missed me dad ? I heard you asked about me 😂"
(How are you everyone!?)
Listing this everyone started laughing and wished him
"Dev, Veer today 2 new employees are joining at office and I have seen their CV personally I must say they both are very talented.. Just make sure that their training starts as soon as possible" Rajveer said
"Ok dad" Dev said
"But dad why are you asking personally for these 2 new joinies.. I mean even before many joined the office who were talented" Veer asked
"Yess beta but both the girls are talented and I have seen them few years ago at some university where they both have presented our company's presentation as their assignment and i was one of the pannel judge" Rajveer said
"Okay dad we will take care of it" Dev said
"Ok no more office talks.. Dev tell me when are you going to get married? I mean if you have someone or like someone just tell us we will be more than happy to meet the girl" Naina asked
"Mommm there is no in my life right now and I am not denying for marriage I just want to wait for sometime" Dev said
"For how long beta... All I want is you to setteled down" Naina said
"Okk wait for one more year if I wont find someone than you will find for me okayy...!" Dev said to her
"Okay as you like.." Naina said
After having breakfast and little chit chats they made their way to office
"Mom don't wait for me at dinner I have client meeting and dinner will be there only.. And Dad are you joining us at the office now or you will join later?" Dev said
"Okay beta" Naina said
"No Dev I will join later.. may be after lunch " Rajveer said
"Bhai I will directly join you at the office, after meeting Mr. Raizada for the contract details and some other formalities." Veer said to Dev
Dev nodded and may his way to the office.
ISHIKA'S POV:
Is this excitement for having dream job in your hands or is it my nervousness that made me woke up without mom's warnings 😅
Well, I guess its a good thing that first day my impression will not be spoiled by getting late.
After done with the breakfast I booked a cab, I and Rish made our way to the office after bidding bye to mom.
"Bye my both bacchas.. All the best for your first day" mom said
"Thank you mom/Meera maa" we both said together.
After 30mins of drive we finally reached the office
We both made our way to HR's cabin and then Mr. Dave (manager) showed us our cubicle as we joined as trainee.
Soon the manager showed us our work and gave our schedule
After lunch all the trainees will be having a meeting with MR. RAICHAND..
After engaging myself completely in work I finally completed half of my work and now I am trying to find Rish so that we can have lunch
After Rishh completed her work we both went to the cafeteria for lunch
At the cafeteria we tried to mingle around with other colleagues and to be honest they were quite good
"So how was your day so far?" I asked Rishh
"So far so good... I guess I can survive here for a longer time ... Hehe 🤭😅
How was yours?" She asked
"So far so good.. Finally now nobody will be able to talk rubbish to mom .. so finally it made me relieved" I said with a bit of sadness in my tone and small smile
"Ishaa... Don't worry yrr nobody will say anything to Meera maa as long as we are here." She said and started cracking lame jokes to lift my mood
Yehh she knows me little too well 😅
After completing lunch and talking about random stuff we finally were going to our cubicle
On my way I collided with someone
"Aah mumma..." I said as my head hit on something hard surface
"I'm Sorry I didn't see.. I am sorry it was by mistake...." I started blabbering after seeing whom I just collided - CEO Mr. Raichand
Ohh god why I always ends up in situations like this
"No problem Ms. ..?" He asked my name
Omg.. did he just said that like normally
I mean okk he is handsome, but he always remains cold, no non sense talks kindda attitude.. this is what I have heard about him
"Ishika.. Ishika Meera" I said coming out from my thoughts as Rishh was hitting me from her elbow
"Ok " he said and nodded and made our way for the meeting room
