In the opening, we see the usual start with everyone saying "Pretty Cure All Stars: Plantasm!" then we see the Cures. When the verse starts we see these scenes (in order) occur:
Nagisa, Honoka and Hikari: They are taste-testing new foods that are better than takoyaki
Saki: She is reading a book before seeing Mai
Mai: She is walking up towards Saki
Nozomi: She is trying to get to her friends and finally walks with them (The other 5 were basically waiting on Nozomi)
Love, Miki, Inori, and Setsuna: They are practicing a dance routine
Tsubomi, Erika, Itsuki, and Yuri: It is basically the same as New Stage 2's intro
Hibiki, Kanade, Ellen and Ako: They are practising their song for their upcoming concert
Miyuki, Akane, Yayoi, Nao, and Reika: They are sitting and chatting together, and it appears Akane is joking about something
Mana, Rikka, Alice, Makoto, and Aguri: It appears Alice has invited the others to have lunch together
Megumi, Hime and Yuko: They are busy making biscuits together but they forgot to show them to Iona
Iona: She is trying to find her friends before catching up to them
Haruka, Minami, Kirara and Towa: They are putting on makeup together
Mirai, Riko and Kotoha: They are having a tea party with Mirai's teddy bear Mofurun
Ichika, Himari, Aoi, Yukari, Akira and Ciel: They are having fun baking sweet treats
Hana, Saaya, Homare, Emiru and Ruru: They are taking turns playing with Hugtan
Hikaru, Lala, Elena, Madoka and Yuni: They are looking in a space telescope to find some new planets
Nodoka, Chiyu, Hinata and Asumi: They are looking after their fairy partners
Manatsu, Sango, Minori, Azuka and Laura: They are shell collecting
Yui, Fuwa, Ran and Amane: They are preparing a big party for the others
Sora, Mashiro, Tsubasa, Ageha and Ellee: They are writing stories together
The new Cures (Hana, Rin, Okari, Luka, and Rina) do not have a spot because it is common that the new group doesn't get to be in the intro
The opening ends with all 83 cures taking a group photograph, but after they took it, a glitch occurred and the scene changes to a weird logo as two strange creatures appear)
