Chapter sixteen:the party

after coming back to the cullens form their  honey moon, walking up the steps while holding demetri's hand. she smiled at him and then at Emmett who was at the end of the steps on the first floor and she let go of demetri's hand and ran up to her big bro and he caught her. "hey there, short stuff."he siad and she giggled.  "I'm not short."she argued and he smiled. "well you are in a way. you're pretty short. i mean you come to my chest."he said and put his hand to her head and moved it to his chest and she growled and slapped his chest. "i'm not that short."she mumbled and he smirked. "how's that not short?"he said and she looked at him. "i said not that short, there's a difference."she said and he shook his head. "you're shorter then demetri and he's 6'3"emmett said and jasmine sighed.

"easy emmett. she's still a new born she's quite stronger then you. she could easily break you she did me when she woke up before our wedding."demetri said watching the two of them.  she looked from demetri and at emmett.

"sorry about that love."she said to him and he nodded. she looked at emmett."and yeah mister. i could easily take you."she said with a smirked pointing at him. "hey get that finger out of here. and i could easily defeat you if i catch you off gaurd."he said and she raised a brow. "really?"she said and he nodded with a smirk.

"demetri is your weakness. sweetheart."he said with a wink and rubbed her head and she looked at demetri shyly and demetri smirked at his love. "is that a threat?"she said to emmett and he smirked. "maybe."he said and she growled and pushed him threw the door which demetri knew was coming and opend it for  them and she slammed emmett to the ground and he grunted and she landed on the other side and she smiled at him. "told you i'd could be you."she said playfully and he looked up at her and he sighed. "not yet missy,i still got strength in me."he said and got up and went at her and then she dodged him and grabbed his back and he couldn't get her off. "hey no fair!"he siad and she giggled. "new born remember?"she said and pushed him into a tree. she giggled.  the cullens came out of the house. "what's going on?"carlisle said and demetri looked at him. "their playing."he said and Carlisle saw how rough she was getting with emmett.

"lets hope she doesn't kill him."jasper said and alice looked at her. "she won't. it's her dad i'm worried about."she said and they looked at her.  "alice?"edward said and read her thought and edward sighed. "we have to keep her away from stanley, she'll kill him."edward said to carlisle and carlisle nodded.  jasmine and emmett jsut stood infront of each other and just got ready to strike again, "you know i can easily defeat you but i'm holding back."jasmine said and emmtt just smirked. "come on girl. give me all you got."emmett said and  esmee gasped. "emmtt no!"she yelled and he looekd back at her and then at jasmine and jasmine lunged at him and stirked him down and nearly choked him. the cullens were gonna help him but Carlisle told them no. "she's too strong. she'll defeat all of us."carlisle said and roselie was glaring at jasmine for almost hurting her husband. she didn't want to lose emmett. 

"hey. demetri is right behind you."emmett got out form the choking. she looked behind her and he wasnt there and she looked infront of her and saw demetri with the cullens and she looked down at him and he pushed her up against a tree and smirked. "told ya. Demetri was your weakness."he said and she sighed and closed her eyes and took control of emmtt since he was holding her against the tree by her neck. he pulled back and she fell to the ground and demetri ran to her and jasmine went into her body before something happend. she opened her eyes and she looked at demetri and smiled. he sighed and helped her up. "i'm glad you're alright."he said and hugged her and she hugged him back.

"i'm alright,demetri, its part of my power."she said and he looked at her. her red eyes staring back at his.

"that's great."he said and she nodded. "the only side effect is that i have to be asleep in order to do it.it's really stupid."she explained and sighed. Demetri shook his head. "no it's not stupid. it's really amazing. if aro knew about it he'd use that to his advantge."he said and jasmine nodded. "terrific. another weapon he could use besides his best tracker and jane."bella said and sighed. Renesmee looked up at her and at jasmine and demetri. "what just happend?"emmett said coming over to them. "jasmine took control of you."demetri said and smiled at jasmine.  "no wonder i can't remember anything."emmett said and jasmine looked at him. "another side effect. no one can remember anything after i took hold of them."she said and they were intrigued. "nice."demetri said and jasmine just smiled. she looked down shyly and he chuckled. he kissed her head.  she looked at emmett. "sorry i had to rough you up abit. i told you i'd give you a smack down when i became a vampire."she said and giggled and he just brushed it off. "It's okay sis. you're forgiven. but this time you beat me because you're a new born..but wait until we spar next time. i'll get the upper hand."emmett said with his arms crossed and a smirk. she giggled. "we'll see."she said and smirked back. she apologized to roselie  for almost killing emmett and she glared at her but then softened and told her to not do that again. but she'll forgive her for calling it quits. jasmine smiled at her and then hugged the rest of the cullens since she messed them since her and demetri's honeymoon.
