Chapter 5: Battle

As we were running through the forest, the trail felt like it was going on and on for miles.

"It looks really weak." Misty said as she was running with me.

"We'd better hurry! Gotta take it to its place." Brock said as well.

"Pika!" Pikachu cried out as a ball came out of nowhere and smoke came out of it.

"Watch it!" Leo said.

"Where'd that came from?!" Akira asked.

"Look up." Raph said.

I looked up to see 2 humans up on a tree branch. "Who are they?"

"Not again." Ash crossed his arms. "This is where it gets boring."

"Prepare for trouble, your future is grim." the red haired girl started.

"And we're not afraid to go out on a limb." the purple haired guy started too.

"To protect the world from devastation."

"To unite all peoples within our nation."

"To denounce the evils of truth and love."

"To extend our reach to the stars above."

"Jessie."

"James."

"Team Rocket... blast off at the speed of light."

"Surrender now or prepare to fight."

"Meowth--that's right." a Pokemon spoke too.

"Wobbufett!" another Pokemon cried out and then their weight from the tree branch broke and they fall.

"Ah!" the screamed as they fell to the ground.

"Oh brother. You guys have enemies here too? Now I've seen everything." Raph said.

"Let's go." Ash ran past them.

"Agreed." I nodded as the others ran behind us. I looked down at Celebi and held it closer to me. "Hang in there Celebi."

"Look, that's the village up there!" Ash said as he pointed to the mountain that would lead us back to Lady Towa and Diana in Arborville.

Just then, my ears picked up a sound. "Wait!" I skidded to a stop and heard something heavy coming towards us.

"Whoa!" we all exclaimed.

It was a giant 4 legged robot that was in our way. And on the top of the robot was a human up there controlling it. "I've been looking for that Celebi." the masked man said with a smirk.

"Who are you?!" Ash asked.

"A Pokemon lover."

"Leave us alone!"

"Man, we can never ever get a break!" Akira grew mad as she took out her weapon. "Let's get this over with."

"I agree babe." Raph said as he took out his sais.

"Hmph, you should know that you can't stop me." the masked man said as he threw something up in the sky. Just then, a giant green Pokemon appeared out of the ball.

"Holy chalupa!" Mikey gasped. "What is that?!"

"A Tyranitar. But there's something funny about it." Brock said.

"Here's something funny. Hyper beam!" the hunter commanded.

Tyranitar opened its mouth and then a ball of light was starting to get bigger. It was getting ready attack us.

"Look out! Take cover!" Leo said as he lead us to the side just in time before the Pokemon attacked us.

"Ah! Whoa!" we cried out as we took cover.

"Here it comes!" Brock shouted as he looked at the giant Pokemon approaching us.

"Come on!" I said as I ran ahead with Celebi still in my arms and we made our escape.

A few seconds after we narrowly escaped the giant Tyranitar, we were climbing up some rocks until I saw Misty stop and got on her knees.

"Uh oh. Guys wait." Brock said as he got over to Misty.

"Huh?" I walked up to her. "Misty, are you okay?" I asked her.

"I twisted my knee." she rubbed it.

"Oh dear. Ash! I think Misty's hurt." I called him over. "Maybe Donnie could help. Doctor!"

"I got this." Donnie said as he brought his mini first aid kit with him. "It's a lucky thing that I brought this first aid kit along with us from Lady Towa." he said as he was working on Misty's knee.

"How do you know first aid?" Brock asked Donnie.

"I've been studying a lot in my lab."

"Oh great. Dork talk." Akira rolled her eyes.

"Just roll with it babe. Let them be." Raph said to her.

"Well, you'd better stay off of that knee Misty." Ash said.

"I can carry her." Leo said.

"Thanks Leo." Misty smiled at him.

"Pika? Pika!" Pikachu looks at the direction behind us.

"Something's coming!" Ash said.

I growled and got my sword ready. I heard the bushes rustling and out came a small blue Pokemon and then a big red Pokemon. "Look!"

"What are they?" Raph said.

"It's a Sneasel. And a Scizor." Brock said.

"What are they doing here?" Ash asked.

"I think they want Celebi." I growled louder.

"Alright. Let's give them a battle." he said as he took out a red and white ball.

"Wonder if these Pokemon can take on ninja skills." I looked back at Akira. "Sis, take care of Celebi."

"Okay." she nodded and had Celebi in her arms.

"Guys stay with Misty and Brock. This won't take long."

"What are you gonna do?" Leo asked me.

"We're gonna see if ninja skills can overpower Pokemon."

"Oh boy. She sounds like you now Leo." Akira said.

"Hey don't look at it as a bad thing." Leo said to her.

"Whatever."

"Watch and learn." I winked at her and got over to Ash. "Alright. I'm with you all the way Ash. You ready?" I cracked my fingers and took out my sword. "Let's see if these Pokemon can take us on."

"But you don't have a Pokemon!" Ash grew concerned.

"No need. I'm my own Pokémon."

"Okay. Go Bayleef!" he said as he brought out his Pokémon from its ball.

"Bring it on!" I charged straight at Sneasel and started fighting it.

Sneasel was quick, but I was quicker. In less than 2 minutes, I've defeated it. "Game, set, and match." I dusted off my hands.

"Whoa. You're crazy Aqua." Ash said. "But you're a really good fighter."

"Well it helps when you've got the best team by your side. And with the best team, you've gotta have the best leader. Right Leo?" I looked back at him.

"Right." Leo winked at me.

"You did great too Ash. I admire your Pokémon trainer skills. You'll have to teach us."

"Only if you teach us some of those moves."

"Pleasure's all mine." I giggled.

After we've tied up the hunter's Pokémon to the rocks, we were on our way again going deeper into the forest.
