But as much as I wanted to cling to the comfort of my dreams, reality called. Reluctantly, I peeled myself out of bed and stumbled towards the window, rubbing the sleep from my eyes. The morning sun greeted me with its warm glow, promising a new day filled with possibilities.
As I stood there, lost in my drowsy haze, a memory flashed through my mind. It was a dream I had the previous night, so vivid and real. I saw a guy, tall and mysterious, with captivating light brown eyes that seemed to hold the secrets of the universe. There was an undeniable connection between us, an unspoken bond that transcended time and space.
Just as I was about to reach out and touch his hand, my mom's voice pierced through the dreamy haze. "Prakriti, wake up! You'll be late for college!"
Startled, I snapped out of my reverie and rushed to get ready, the remnants of the dream still lingering in my mind. Who was that guy? And why did he feel so familiar, even though I had never laid eyes on him before?
