Can Divit sat on a lounger on the patio of his home, his eyes trailing the flames licking at the firewood in the wood burner. The sun was setting, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, a natural canvas that stirred something deep within him—tonight was about plotting a future as vibrant and hopeful as the horizon before him.

"Emre," Can began, his gaze still locked on the dancing flames, "I have something important to discuss with you." He turned to face his younger brother, finding comfort in the familiar lines of concern etched across Emre's face.

"Everything alright?" Emre asked, stepping closer, sensing the gravity in Can's tone.

"More than alright," Can replied, a smile breaking like dawn upon his features. "I'm planning to propose to Sanem."

Emre's eyes twinkled, reflecting the last rays of the sun. "About damn time, Can!"

Can threw his head back and guffawed

"This calls for a drink," Emre's smile widened, his quick strides leading him inside the house and back out with two glasses of whisky. The amber liquid sloshed gently as he handed one to Can, who took it gratefully. They clinked their glasses together in a moment of camaraderie before taking a satisfying sip, the warmth of the drink spreading through their bodies like a comforting embrace.

"Seriously, Emre, we've been through some really tough times so I need this proposal to be perfect." Can's voice was thick with emotion, his heart thrumming with the intensity of his conviction. "Will you help me organise it?"
