The SACRIFICE

Chapter 1 - The beginning

Sirens could be heard moaning in the air and dust filling up the atmosphere as the police cars sped to the warehouse to take down the most notorious and wanted Mafia boss.
In the ware house which was filled with boxes, machines and tables of drug packages everyone was busy with their daily routine but someone like Jesus knew that today was his end game.

The second Crow King Mafia boss of the most feared and notorious gang the Black Crows was seated in his office busy counting illegally made money when he heard guns going off and commotion in the dealing and packaging area, he did not even bother to shift nor make an escape he just sat there and continued with his counting while his head was jamming to Mockingbird by Eminem in the background.

"We finally meet Mr Kingpin" a voice said disturbing the little peace the Mafia boss had
"Indeed you finally found the needle in the haystack" King smirked at the leader of the task force
"I guess you know what I am here to do now can you peacefully cooperate" the task force leader said dangling handcuffs on his left hand while the other hand was handling a gun pointed at the Mafia boss

The Mafia boss shifted his seat back and stood next to the leader with both hands stretched forward with a smile on his face, he surely looked jubilant for a person who was going to prison with a possibility of being in there long enough till death rescues him. Most of the time he would just take a case of money and throw it at the person who was supposed to arrest him and remain a free man but this time around he didn't even try to negotiate his freedom he was like a dying dog just waiting for death.

Flashback to the day before the arrest

"You can't just leave us like that bro Sky and I still need you" Sia said at the verge of crying
"You are no longer young and I no longer need to protect you, the both of you are big girls now" King said with his arm on Sia's shoulder
"I just turned 25 last month and besides that what will I tell Sky when she gets back huh? That our brother is going to be arrested and we are on our own?" Sia questioned
"I believe in you and I know you will lead the gang and take care of Sky the same way I did, you know the in and outs of our daily business this is your opportunity now to be the next leader the most feared boss ever. I might not be there to help you through your rain but I left my print just like dad did it's now your turn and remember us Crow Kings we never die we multiply" King gave a reassuring smile to his sister

End of flashback

King had known  days before the arrest was made that he will be arrested and how everything was arranged, he knew that just like every dog he also had his own day to pay for all his atrocities but all was well prepared for him where he was going after all he was a Mafia King.

A year after her brothers arrest Sia had already taken over the Mafia empire that was ran from generation to generation since his father, Sia had made a few adjustments to the manner in which things were made she only saw it fair that the human trafficking business be terminated. Despite being taken over by a woman the gang was still the most known, feared and respected gang and anyone who tried to disrespect the woman Crow King would simply have a goodnight six feet under.

Sia lived a normal life and made sure that Sky was well taken care off and protected, she ran business underground, legit businesses as well as frontal businesses to all the shady stuff that was happening. She was seated on the couch of the big mansion that was situated next to the mountain and had a stream running through it when a call came through.

"Boss we need you at the office" the other caller said
"I told you to call me when there is an emergency and I hope I won't be there for nonsense" she said with a stern voice
"You know that of I call you personally things are not looking good" the person on the other end said
"On my way" Sia said while ending the call
