The SACRIFICE

Surprise!

Four days had already passed with me stuck in Italy, I must say I missed being back home I actually missed being with Lunar each day that passed with us just talking over the phone or casually sending messages made me long for her, all I could ever think about was Lunar.

The more I thought about her the more I had the urge to just pack up and leave I mean Sky was doing well with the family she didn't really need me here, I walked over to the garden where Nicholet and Sky were sitting under a tree talking about God knows what.

"Hey Sky have a sec?" I asked

"Yeah sure sis" she said while Nicholet just gave me a smile and excused herself

"I have to go back home there are things I need to sort out" I said lying

"You are bad at lying you know? your eyes are saying the opposite" she chuckled

"Is it that clear huh? I actually wanna go back to Lunar" I said honest this time

"New love huh, please just be careful I don't want you to get hurt okay and you don't have to lie to me sis " Sky said

"Don't worry about me, I should be the one worried about you and if there is anything you need you know I am just a call away okay and I love you Sky" I said

Sky stood up from where she was sitting and jumped on me with so much force if I was weak I would have fallen with her "I love you too" she muffled through tears as she laid her head on my right shoulder. Sky and I just stood there under the tree with our arms squeezing each other it was a very warm feeling that I just had to absorb.

When my flight left Italy I just couldn't wait to land back in Sandton I was feeling so giddy like a child on sugar, I some how managed to drift to sleep while on the plain.

"Listen guys I don't want any mistakes out there, make sure you are invisible and collect as much evidence as possible" I said to my team that flew in yesterday

"You don't have to worry about us be safe out there anytime you need us we will be there " Jasmin said hugging me

I know how risky an undercover job can be and I can't afford to screw this up if I secure this I can an opportunity to be ranked up, I took a final look at myself making sure the wire doesn't show before I drove off.

Yesterday I landed with Crow's gang at Durban where we had a mission going on all we were told was to secure the cargo. I arrived at the harbour where the mission were to take place my job was simple today just to drive as fast as I could.

I had my balaclava and bulletproof on I was also given a gun which would belong to me until I didn't need it anymore, I just joined them a few nights ago and already I have a bag full of all types of guns and weapons.

"There you are I thought you had bailed out on us, did you get the keys?" Pax asked

"I would bail out if I could and yeah I got the keys" I responded

I swear if I was able I would bail out but I have a goal and I won't back out until I get what I want, as the time was passing I cautiously scouted the place to check if some of my crew members have taken positions but I couldn't see them which made me worry more.

As the sun was about to set the cargo ship arrived at the port and immediately everyone jumped into action, guns blazing I stood back and watched as the gang took control of the ship, guards kneeled on the floor with guns pointed on their neck while some were on the floor swimming in a pool.of their own blood.

I felt a sharp pain on my knee I staggered a bit before I could even adjust myself I felt a second blow to my arm as I was trying to protect my ribs.

I wasted no time and held on to the wooden rod which was going for another blow I then quickly punched the guy in the stomach, he growled and lost his grap on the rod which fell on the ground his head was facing down with both hands on his stomach I swiftly punched  him very hard on the face and watched as his body hit the floor, he was trying to stand up when I pushed my boots into his rip and left him there.
