It has been 4 years.... 4 fucking years and Kendall still had no leads on what happen to his mother. He has been trying to find at least a single thread of something that lead his mother to her death. Kendall cant even remember what is mother looked like after her death, he only had the picture of her smiling in his head before he left for school that day when he heard that she was in the hospital. He was sick and tired of not knowing, sick and tired of his dad avoiding the questions especially when Kendall is talking about his mother. All he says is "yea.... I miss Mary too." Kendall was really sick of the bullshit from his dad. If he wanted answers he would have to go to a place where he could go.... The only place left...
At midnight, Kendall left his house and made sure he didn't wake his father. If he father found out where he was going he would be pissed off and would have to suffer the consequences. The reply of his father first hitting him was when he was 12. But Kendall didn't care. He thought it was worth it.... worth it for his mom.
By the time Kendall arrived at the station he felt somewhat relief because he was one step closer to finding out what really happen to his mom. Even though it still hurts him till this day that his mother is gone. When Kendall was about to open the doors, he hesitated. Thoughts ran through his head.... "Do I really want to know what happen to her?" But then he shook it off and went in. Kendall's confidence has gotten to the best of him. He walked up to the secretary's desk and said, "I would like to work on my mother's case with someone that is already working on it.. The station grew quiet. The lady asked him to repeat himself to make sure she was hearing right. Kendall's repeated himself once more and whispers grew. The lady looked at him and shook her head. "Looks like your father didn't tell you." she said. Kendall was scared to ask but asked anyways . "Didn't tell me what???" The lady was worried weather or not to tell him, but the truth was gunna come out eventually. "Better come with me son." The lady said. Kendall followed her to an empty room and he sat down. The lady made sure no one followed them and then she shut the door. She sat across from him and slid over a file. Once Kendall opened it he saw that it was pics and paper work about being abused. He was feelings all types of ways. getting sick to his stomach looking at the pics, he felt himself holding back the tears that wanted to rain down on his cheeks. He looked up at the lady and you can tell that she really, deeply felt sorry for him. "My father did this?" Kendall said staring at the pictures. The lady nodded. Kendall was putting all the pieces together. The nights he was forced to stay over at his grandmothers house or when his parents were "out of town". Deep down inside Kendall felt angry towards his father but as of right now he needed to hold back the tears. "I'm sorry that you had to find out this way Kendall." The lady said, "I'll give u sometime to yourself." As soon as the lady left Kendall broke down crying. He quickly got himself together and left the station. What was on his mind right now was what to do with his father.

RandomI'm trying to make this book based on Domestic violence. To let my readers know now, what ever I write never happened to me in real life. I may be young, but I still think Domestic violence needs to stop.
