The two both seeing the same things, they bonded, which lead to them meeting, grover, who which, josette knew was coming, sent to protect percy, she kept her mouth shut, not telling the boy about anything, of the world he wasn't used to.

Josette was sent from, and back from camp, and school, giving chiron feedback about the boy, but soon enough, percy would soon find out.
