(Timeskip to the next morning)

The morning light spilled into Chuuya's apartment, awakening its new occupants. Dazai stirred gently, taking in the unfamiliar yet welcoming surroundings.

Memories of the previous night drifted hazily to the fore. A slow, sly smile formed on Dazai's lips as he turned to glimpse Chuuya still sleeping peacefully beside him. Their casual intimacy spoke volumes.

Not wanting to disturb Chuuya's rest just yet, Dazai slipped from the bed and began perusing the apartment. He admired Chuuya's fine tastes and numerous touches that revealed aspects of his personality Dazai never knew.

Chuuya's place is situated in one of the most exclusive high-rise buildings in the heart of the city. He occupies the entire top floor penthouse, with sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views on all sides.

The interior design reflects Chuuya's exquisite yet masculine tastes. Polished concrete floors are juxtaposed with plush antique rugs. Modern art adorns the walls along with samurai weaponry behind glass.

The spacious living area centers around a statement marble coffee table and lush leather couches. Floor lamps cast a warm glow. An open gourmet kitchen sits ready to host lavish dinner parties.

The bedroom is just as luxurious, with a massive king bed dressed in fine linens. Walk-in closets lead to an opulent marble bathroom complete with a soaking tub.

Best of all are the private rooftop terraces overlooking the glittering skyline, perfect for sunbathing or star-gazing with a drink. It's clear this palatial home reflects Chuuya's status, taste and wealth earned from a life of crime.

It was fascinating peeling back these new layers between them. Their bond had transformed, yet Dazai knew in his gut their partnership was stronger than ever. Excitement brewed at what future mysteries their unorthodox dynamic might uncover.

For now, a fresh pot of coffee awaited. Dazai set about preparing it, humming softly as dawn broke over this new day.

As Chuuya began to stir, drawn awake by the welcoming aroma of coffee, Dazai turned with a smile. "Morning, sleeping beauty. Sleep well?"

Chuuya grunted and stretched luxuriously before regarding Dazai with unfamiliar warmth. "Like a log. You?" Dazai nodded, setting two mugs on the table.

Over coffee, a comfortable silence fell as last night replayed in flushed, smiling memories. Their bond had transformed, yet felt stronger than ever. Excitement brewed at exploring this new dynamic.

"We make quite the team, partner," Dazai mused. Chuuya hummed in agreement. "Like it or not, you're stuck with me now."

Dazai's grin turned devious. "In that case, how do you feel about rounding out our skillsets? I know some...unusual methods that could aid our operations." Intrigued, Chuuya nodded for him to continue.

Dazai took a thoughtful sip of coffee before outlining his proposal. "As you know, I've studied many unorthodox techniques during my time. While unconventional, some could give us that vital edge against enemies."

Chuuya's brow furrowed. "Like what exactly?" Dazai replied calmly, "Hypnosis, poison, torture - applied judiciously and ethically, of course. Not for harming the innocent, but leveraging info from true scum to further the Boss's goals."

A tense moment passed as Chuuya considered. At last he said, "Just promise me no innocent lives are jeopardized. If you swear to that, I'll back your methods."

Dazai smiled, relieved. "You have my word, partner. I'll guide you in my... unusual methods slowly, so we hone new skills safely together." Chuuya nodded, besides trusting Dazai implicitly after their night had opened their bond he got quite suspicious. "What kind of unusual methods are you referring to?"

Chuuya could see Dazai was carefully considering how to explain. As partners, they wanted full honesty and trust between them.

Dazai began, "Some of these techniques tread darker lines than our usual work. I wouldn't suggest them lightly. But used judiciously and for the right causes, I believe they could be an asset." Dazai took a slow breath. "Hypnosis can confuse or manipulate the mind in interrogations. Poisons, if non-lethal, may loosen tongues or incapacitate foes. Physical coercion, while distasteful, sometimes extracts info that saves lives."

Dazai looked Chuuya squarely in the eyes. "I give you my word I'll only teach methods to gain intel, never for harming innocents or simple cruelty. And we'd practice extreme caution. But these could help shift odds in key situations."

A long silence followed as Chuuya weighed this gravely. Finally he said, "I trust your judgment...for now. But the second I think you've crossed a line, we're done. Deal?" Dazai nodded solemnly. "Deal."

Chuuya took a thoughtful sip of coffee as he considered Dazai's proposal further. On one hand, he was wary of treading into darker territories. But he also knew their line of work often required pushing boundaries to get results.

"Alright," Chuuya said at last. "I'm willing to learn these techniques...with some conditions. No harming the innocent as you said. And I want to be fully versed in these methods myself so I can keep an eye on how far you're taking them."

Dazai nodded respectfully. "Naturally, partner. Full transparency between us is key. And you'll be practicing right alongside me every step." He reached for a notepad to begin outlining lesson plans.

"We'll start slowly, with basic hypnosis and Q&A tactics. Then move to sleight-of-hand with poisons if you're comfortable. Physical coercion will be a last resort, if ever." Chuuya agreed to the cautious approach.

"In time, who knows - these unorthodox talents may give even you a run for your money," Dazai teased with a grin. Chuuya smirked. "We'll see about that. For now, get writing - teacher." Their new partnership was growing in intriguing directions.
