Nelson hurry up I said. No he said. Why I asked. Y/n it's not until another 4 hours he said. But I wanna go outside I said. Then go he said. Nelson I said. I'm just kidding chill he said getting up.

We walked outside and went for a walk. Hold my hand he said. Why I asked. Stop playing he said grabbing my hand. I held his and while he put me closer to the side walk.

Me and nelson have been dating since the start of rwe and we still haven't had our first kiss. Nelson what are you gonna do in 2024 I asked.
Uh still be playing for rwe, and still dating you he said.

Oh ok I said. What about you he asked. Uh still be playing volleyball, turning 15, and sadly dating you I said. He then looked at me weirdly and looked away from me.

Stop being a baby Nelson I said. I'm not he said. I was joking I said. I know he said. I then rolled my eyes and we walked. We just walked we didn't even know where we were going.

Cassie's pov

Guys where is nelson I asked. Idk I can't find him Noah said. Niles have you seen Nelson I asked. No he said. Have yall seen y/n deseray asked. No why I asked. She's missing she said.

Nelson is missing too I said. If they are both missing they are together Noah said. Noah can you find them I asked. Yea niles come help he said. They both left to find y/n and nelson.

Cassie I saw them both go outside like 3 hours ago Ashliana said.

Ashliana is y/n's little sister who is 12 she has and older sister named Kayla she's 17.

Well they aren't out there I said. Have yall tried calling them Kayla asked. Yea but one of them doesn't have there phones because every time I call we hear a phone go off I said.

Well they can't be that far away she said. It's been three hours where the heck could they be I asked. Well knowing y/n she walks to shake Shack if she's gone for that long she said.

Call noah I said. Ok she said. Dez we might find them I said. Ok good where are they she asked. Kayla said they might be at shake shack I said. Ofc y/n is obsessed with that place she said.

Nelsons pov

Y/n I'm hungry you wanna go to shake Shack I asked. Yea she said. We walked to shake shack and got some food. Yo y/n what time is it I don't have my phone I asked. 11:47 she said.

Oh shit we gotta go I said. Before we could walk out Noah burst into the resteraunt. Damn I said. Stop talking we gotta go now he said. We got to his car and saw niles in it.

Ok I'll call mom niles said. Good Noah said. Where the hell were yall for 3 hours niles asked. We went for a walk I said. Damn I could never Noah said. Hey mom we got them niles said.

Here talk to mom he said. I grabbed the phone and as soon as I said hello she started screaming at me. Mom calm down I said. Don't tell me to calm down Nelson she yelled. Yes ma'am I said.

Y/n's pov

I was hearing nelson get yelled at until he passed me the phone. Your turn he said. Hello I said. Y/n baby are you ok my mom asked. Yes mom we just walked to shake shack I said.

Ok but next time please tell someone where y'all are going she said. Ok mom I'm sorry I love you I said. I love you to now give the phone to Noah she said. Ok I said.

Your turn I said handing the phone to Noah. How come you didn't get yelled at Nelson asked. Because your mom yelled at you because you have a girl with you and she was scared I said.

Y/n's pov

We got out the car and my mom hugged me like I just got back from world War III. Guys it's 11:58 hurry up and get the fireworks cassie said while holding nelson by his hoodie.

Kayla got the fireworks and got ready to light them. Nelson then walked up to me and watched Kayla and Noah get ready to light them. Guys it's 11:59 ashliana said excitedly.

Niles you still gonna ask her I asked. Yea he said. You got this I said. Ok he said. Guys get ready to count down my mom said. We all started counting down until we got to 5.

5...4...3...2...1

It was officially 2024 and before I could do anything else. Nelson grabbed my face and kissed me. I was shocked so I didn't kiss him back and he noticed and pulled away.

I'm sorry he said. I then kissed him again and he kissed back. Ew mom they're making out ashliana said. We then pulled away and looked at  ashliana then at niles.

Ashliana niles said. Huh she said. I don't know how to saw this but I like you and I want to be your boyfriend he said. I squeezed nelsons hand because I don't want niles getting rejected.

She then hugged niles and she liked him too. I smiled at Niles who smiled back. Best new years ever. Besides looking over to see Kayla and Noah almost making out....
