Today was 4th of July. I love watching fireworks it's so mesmerizing. I love watching them with my family. It's just the best thing to do.

Well besides swimming and eating especially eating. I think that's why I get called fat all the time. But I don't care I burn those calories off the next day.

But one thing I hate about 4th of July just a little is that my brother gets to bring his girlfriend and my sister gets to bring her boyfriend. Well I mean...

My brother's girlfriend isn't my problem actually I love her more than my actual older sister. Well there's my sister's boyfriend Nelson Neumann.

I wanna support my sister yes I do. But I wanna say "Kayla boo he's not for you."

Well he isn't. She's older as in 17 turning 18 this year. He's 16 turning 17 this year. Well I'm just 16 but the point is she's finna be a grown woman.

Okay well she's gonna be dating a minor next month. Because he's 16 right now she turns 18 in August bro you see the problem right here.

I guess he likes the older girls even though she ain't got shit on her. I remember at my sweet 16 she tried to steal my spotlight.

But that ended up with her crying and well everyone looking at her like she was crazy. Welp that's too bad can't shake ass if you ain't got one.

But I'ma be honest Nelson is fine as fuck. I mean why could he have a bitch like my sister. Well because she's older and mature they say.

No she still cries like a little baby over small things. I'm mature if you ask me. I don't yell ew when I see people kiss because we've all seen it.

I don't start screaming when someone talks about sex it's apart of life like come on. But right now I was sitting in the pool with my sister.

We were basically play fighting like we do on a daily. She hit me like a normal sister would do to her little sister. I mean she was throwing me around.

"Y/n I will throw you out" she said. "No" I say trying to get out her grip. Before she could do anything the back door slid open revealing our mom.

She came out with the Neumanns. So my sister dropped me on the concrete like dead ass just dropped me to go to Nelson. "Ow!" I yelled.

"Your fine y/n" Kayla said. "No I'm not you dropped me on concrete" I said. "Who the fuck cares?" She asked. "I do so don't drop her again" my mom said.

She also can see my sister is too fake. "Okay mom sorry not my fault she's fat I mean look at those thighs" my sister said. "What?" I asked.

"No there's nothing wrong with your body y/n don't change it because your sister is insecure" my mom said looking at me. I sighed and got up.

I hate when my sister brings me down in front of people especially boys. She would never say that to me unless there's boys around.

I grabbed my towel and wrapped it around me. "Where you going hun?" My mom asked. "I'm going inside I'll eat inside" I said walking inside.

I dried off and put my red white and blue shorts on that my mom bought me and the shirt that matched it. I sat on the couch and watched the sandlot.

It was the best movie because I love Benny Rodriguez and Yeah-yeah he's kinda cute too. If only I had a man like Benny he's so fine.

But nelson is just as fine. As I was watching my sister and Nelson came inside. "Sit over there and wait" she said. "Okay whatever" he said.
