At night everyone had prepared themselves for bed minus a few. Rock Lee got dressed for his nightly run while Naruto was in and out of sleep waiting for Kiba to come back.

But still nothing.

"Lee?" He asked before the ravenette could leave.

"Yeah?"

"Is Kiba back?"

"Hm? You don't know where he is?"

"No, it's not that. It's just I haven't seen him since he left."

"Oh yeah. No, he isn't back as yet, he must still be down by the docks like everyone said." Lee replied.

"Alright..."

"Yeah, but I'll be off then. I'll see you when I get back if you're up."

"I will be..." Naruto trailed as he left the room with only Shino in there with him and he was sound asleep.

After his conversation with Sakura it was like he could barely sleep with the amount of pressure that was on his mind. So much so that he didn't even know how to relieve himself of it and all he could really think about was Kiba.

He was beginning to feel like he took him for some kind of healer for when things weren't right with Sasuke, like he was a rebound.

But he hated that thought, no matter how much sense it made.

Rock Lee informed Neji that he'd be leaving and wished him and TenTen a good night as he didn't see Naruko or Gaara. He made his way downstairs where he saw the front door was open and Hinata sat on the porch looking out as if she was waiting for someone, he didn't want to disturb her so he exited through the back door.

Lee put his earbuds in, set up his watch and began his ran.

On the front porch Hinata sat looked at the night sky, it was beautiful and it wasn't often she got to enjoy but since Menma was busy she had time to indulge in herself a bit more.

"You plan on selling the furniture in the house?" A voice asked.

"Hm?"

"The door is wide open like your having a sale on furniture." Gaara replied.

"Haha, no I was just out here waiting for Kiba." She explained. "I texted him and he said he'd be home soon so I'm waiting."

"He's still at the docks?"

"Yeah, he's been there all day. I can't really blame him after what happened."

"Yeah, how's Tamaki?" Gaara sat next to her and looked out as well.

"She's still down about it but is happy it didn't ruin anything."

"Don't be too quick to say that." Gaara warned. "Even if it didn't ruin things like Sasuke wanted there's no doubt something went down."

"I know, the fact he made up a scheme like that and dragged Rock Lee and Tamaki into it, it's disgusting to think about." She cringed to remember.

"..."

"I don't really like talking bad about people but that guy is such an ass. The way he treats Sakura, the way he treats Naruto and the way he just operates like a little snake, it's unbelievable how much he's able to get away with."
