Chapter 7 A New Age

The Chameleon reach at 100% and the Doctor passed out. Jessica carried him into her bed room. She lay him down on her bed and left him to rest. Tardis informed her that he'll be out for 2 hours. Then the Tardis informed her everything she needed to know.

"His name is John Smith. He is human now, and has basic human knowledge. He lived with you for a year and he in a romantic relationship with you. Last night was saved by you and your friends. He has been working with you on investigations. The Doctor can return, but he has to do it. The watch your holding is called a fob watch. But he has to open the watch alone. If someone else opens the watch. Nothing will happen. But he won't know anything about Time Lords and Gallifrey. So if you want him to open the watch. You'll have to take it slow with him." The Tardis explained,

"So I have to play along. I have to be his girlfriend. Is that what you're saying?" Jessica said,

The Tardis confirmed, then tells her that she'll hide herself. But being close and save. Then Jessica nodded at this. Then she left and headed up to the roof. Where the others were. As she burst through the door. The three Defenders turn to face her.

"Everything is fine, he out cold and he is human." Jessica said,

"Human? So what now?" Luke ask,

"He's my responsibility and I'm the only one that can help him."

"You don't have to do this alone." Matthew stated,

"Yeah I do, because I'm the only one that can bring back the Doctor."

As she held up the fob watch.

"This is what can bring him back. But he has to open it himself. And I have to help him to remember."

"If you forgot, I'm blind." Matt stated,

She tells them all it called a fob watch. Danny described it as a pocket watch. Matt nodded his head of understanding. She make it clear to them that she'll fix this.

"It was nice working with you." Danny said,

"You'll know where to find me, if you need me." Luke said,

"Well you have my card and if you need help. I'm not far and I'll always be in the neighborhood." Matt said,

Just like that, the trio left. Jessica came back to her apartment. Gose to check on him. John is still passed out. She ask the Tardis, how long it's been. She responded with a hour and a half.

"So 30 more minutes then." Jessica said,

Jessica walks over to him and petting his hair back. She think back on what he said.

{-Jessica, uh just in case, uh if I don't make it. Uh I want to tell you, uh uh uh, I love, uh you.- he said he love me. Is that why his mind was rewritten to love me? But he admitted to me. Perhaps, he want this, to make easier for us to work. But, that where you're wrong Doctor. Because, I'm much harder to be with. I not going to make it easy. So if you want me, then you better work for it.} She thought,

John wakes up and sit up. He shakes his head and then get up. He step outside of the bedroom. As he had entered the hallway. He opened the door a cross from him. It was the bathroom and so step in a took a piss. He re-entered the hallway and took a left turn. Then walked into the main room. Then turn to his right and a dark hair woman sitting at her desk. Her name is Jessica Jones, and walks up to her.

"Well, good morning Jessica." He greeted,

"Morning Sigma." She responded,

"What?"
