Don't mind me I'm just adding a little something to the warnings...

One would assume that Scaramouche, having lived the earlier years of his life in Inazuma, would have no problem making his way to the city, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Back then, he didn't live in Narukami Island and had only visited it once or twice. If he wasn't too proud to ask someone for directions instead of hoping for the wind and his gut feeling to guide him, maybe he would have arrived in the city much sooner, before it went dark. But now the puppet would have to set his pride to the side to find the detective, since he had no idea where the Tenryou Commission was.

After catching sight of a man that didn't seem to be busy, he approached him, hoping that he wouldn't turn out to be a tourist that didn't know his way around the city. Scaramouche didn't waste time by saying hello. "Do you know where the Tenryou Commission is?" He asked the man before him, finally getting a more careful look at him. It was a very tall guy, especially in comparison to the Balladeer, with long and messy white hair and two red horns sticking out from the top of his head; he also noticed that the man wasn't wearing a shirt, as he now stared back at the Harbinger with bright red eyes, shock was evident on his face, since he didn't see him coming.

"Huh? Oh, yea! Of course I know! That place is practically my second home, little dude! Come on, I'll take you there." He urged Scaramouche to follow him, who genuinely tried his hardest not to react to being called 'little dude'.

After only a few steps, the taller of the two started talking again. "So, what's your business there? Don't tell me you're looking for that tengu, Kujou Sara."

Having no clue who that is, the puppet shook his head. "No. I'm looking for Shikanoin Heizou."

The white-haired man stopped dead in his tracks to look at Scaramouche, clearly surprised. "Why didn't you say so sooner, little dude? He's not at the Commission right now, but don't ya worry. Arataki Numero Uno Itto will take you straight to him!" As abruptly as he could, Itto did a 180 turn and began walking yet again, now leading the Harbinger towards the opposite direction.

Scaramouche had already gotten fed up with this man's shenanigans and could only hope that this torture would end soon enough and that they wouldn't see each other ever again.

"You're lucky to ask me for directions, ya know compadre?" Itto started blabbering again. "Cause he's out with my right hand and she told me where they'd be. Anyone else would just drop you off at the Tenryou Commission where you'd find nobody. See how lucky you are?"

The indigo-haired man merely hummed in agreement, barely even listening to what he was being told. He wished he could completely tune out his words, but Itto spoke so loudly that this was simply impossible.

Itto ended up bringing him to a bulding that he wasn't familiar with, but the sign above the door said 'Komore Teahouse'. The taller man opened the door and let Scaramouche walk in first. Quickly scanning the room, he couldn't spot the detective and began thinking that Itto brought him to the wrong place. Given how dumb he appeared to the Harbinger, he wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

As soon as Itto walked in the teahouse, the Balladeer saw one of the doors of the teahouse open, revealing a green-haired girl that hid the lower half of her face behind a mask. Despite most of her features being obscured by said mask, he was certain he had seen her face before, specifically, he remembered seeing her counterpart in that library. What a coincidence that was, the puppet thought to himself.

The white-haired man noticed her too and, since he actually knew her, he immediately called out her name. "Hey, Shinobu! How's it going?"

Once she heard her name, Shinobu turned her attention towards the both of them, before motioning Itto to be more quiet. After approaching them, she asked her boss what they were doing there.
