Okey Dokey second fanfic, VAMANOS!
You giggle as you look out the window. The world outside was covered in a white sheet of snow. You quickly get dressed and dash to the kitchen, eager to start the day.
"(y/n)!" Your mother yelled. "No running in the house!"
You pouted. "Yes Mommy" You sat down at the table and awaited breakfast.
Your Mother finished cooking and as she served you she said "Honey you don't have school today alright? It's a snow day.
A squeal of excitement escapes your mouth. You hated first grade as much as any 6 year-old could so this was wonderful news. Quickly, you finish your breakfast and you ask you mother
"Can I go to Alfred's? Pretty please with cherries on top?" You mother says yes, as long you dress warm and you be careful.
Almost running to the coat closet, you remember the 'no running in the house' rule and speed walk there.
You have trouble zipping up your (f/c) jacket and putting on your (sf/c) scarf so your mother has to help you. You put on your gloves, boots, give your mother a quick goodbye hug and head for your best friends house which was right across the street.
You knock repeatedly on the door until an adult opens the door. He has green eyes and scruffy blond hair.
"Hi Arthur! Is Alfie home? Can he come out and play?" You ask
"Hello (y/n). Yes, I suppose Alfred can play with you. He's actually sitting here bored, you have good timing"
A little blond haired boy with blue eyes pops up from behind him and exclaims
"Awesome! (y/n) you're here! I was soooo bored! Wait there I'm gonna get my jacket I'll be right back!"
He leaves for a brief minute and comes back with a jacket, mittens, a hat, boots, and a huge smile. "Alrighty" He says "Lets go!"
--------2 minute time skip cause I'm LAZY!!!------
"C'mon (y.n) let's make snow angels!" Alfred suggests
"Okey dokey!" You giggle as you fall into the snow and move your arms and legs almost like you're doing jumping jacks in the snow. Alfred get's up and admires his work. He then helps you up and you look at the snow angels you two have made.
"Just like real angels! Kinda like you (y/n)." The young boy states.
Your face turned red at his compliment, but you shake it off and suggest building a snowman.
Happily, Alfred agrees and begins making a very large snowball. You look around for any twigs,and rocks for the snowman's face and arms. Luckily, you find everything you need and help alfred with the second medium sized snowball. Then you two make a smaller snowball as the snowman's head. You both manage to put all snowballs together to make the snowman's body. You add the rocks for it's face and Alfred adds the sticks for it's arms.
"It's missing something..."You say
"I got it!" Alfred exclaims while taking the hat off his head and putting it on the snowman's head.
"He's perfect Alfie!"You shout as you give the small American a hug. Alfred blushes but you aren't quite sure why.
------Another time skip, 5 minutes this time and you inside his house ------
The hot chocolate Arthur made was warm and sweet and heated you up on the inside.
"Hot hot hot!"Alfred shouts as he burned his tongue. You giggle.
"Silly Alfie! I told you to be careful ya know." You tease
"I'm alright! I don't need to be careful 'cause one measly burn can never stop the hero!"
"You're one goofy hero, I'll tell you that." You say as you peck his cheek
