When I sail away on the ocean's beating heart
Forget me not, I pray.As the summer's dampness softens the loamy crumbs of the earth,
Remember me, every day.There will come a time I cannot answer
your call across the waves
vibrating through the sky like the flowing embers of flames;
Dream of me, anyway.Surround yourself with our stories, as the desert swirls on in billowing blizzards of bronze and red.
Hold our memories in this way.When the candle light is frozen stiff from the burning silence that is the vast mystery
beyond our galaxy,
Love me, as you did yesterday.
