"He's bad Maisie, very bad. You could do so much better. He's got tattoos, he drinks, he has a bad reputation. Who knows what else he's done...drugs..? Looking at his record, he's done some pretty awful things. He beat up numerous amounts of people and stolen from many different shops. I don't get why anyone would steal, especially him because he's famous"
"How do you know all of this?"
"Well, when you work for the police, you do get reports on crimes that happen. I don't think you should see him anymore. You're falling behind on your Uni work, you've called in sick to Matthew when I know for a fact that you haven't been ill for a very long time. Who knows what he's gonna make you do next. Leave university? dye your hair purple or green? get you pregnant? not at this age. You've got your whole life ahead of you. You're a bright girl, beautiful and caring, talented. I can't have..him..ruining that for you. You're my baby"
"But I'm 18 dad"
"He's dangerous. I forbid you to see him"
