She storms out of the library while I'm still standing here, flabbergasted at what she just said.
All kind of questions are running trough my mind. She never made it obvious, or maybe I just never noticed.
I'm just now realizing why she reacted like that when I told her that we should forget about the kiss. I was leading her on, making her think that I like her. I don't like her, at least I think I don't... she's attractive, that's for sure but I could never like her or fall in love with her.
☁️ Christmas
A knock on my bedroom door wakes me up. "Valentino get up! We have to go to Daimon to celebrate Christmas." Right, I totally forgot. I don't know if it's going to be awkward between me and Stel.
My hand runs down my face. "I'll be done in 30 minutes!" I quickly strip my clothes off and turn the shower on.
After 10 minutes I'm done with my shower and I walk to my closet to grab some clothes. I grab some simple black dress pants and a grey sweater from Dior with a white t-shirt underneath.
I'm done and I leave my bedroom and walk to Jane and Angel. "You take even longer than me." Angel laughs, I give her a small push.
"Yeah yeah, let's just go." I sigh. We walk to our garage and take my car. We take a 20 minute drive to Stella's house.
Angel knocks on the door and after a moment Stella opens it. "Hey! I missed you." She says to Angel and hugs her, she greets Jane but she hasn't noticed me yet. She turns her head to me. "Hey.." she says softly, I give her a simple nod. I have no idea what to say to her. Angel turns her head to me when Stella walks away, she gives me a questioning look.
We walk inside and take our coats and shoes off. Jane introduces herself to everyone. Angel goes to Stella and I walk to Daimon. "Hey Val!" He says. "Good to see you again." I say with a smile. "Where do I need to put the gifts?" "Under the tree obviously!" I hear Angel say from the living room. Daimon chuckles. "Sisters" I sigh. I walk to the decorated tree and put the gifts underneath.
I hope the gift I bought for Stella is not over the top, maybe she will think that I like her.. I wasn't planning on that.
A knock on the door is heard. "Stel open the door!" Stella's mom shouts. "Coming!" Stella says while walking to the door, she opens the door and I see a girl, same age as Stella I'm guessing , a woman and a man. "Hey Stacy"
I have heard that name before but I don't recognize her. They all walk in and I can see their faces more clearly now. Now I know who they are, Stacy is Stella's cousin, I have seen her a few times. But I don't really like her, she has such a bitchy attitude.
