Lucy's pov:
I got ready to go to Nyla and James's wedding. I wore a sparkly knee length dress that showed the right amount of cleavage because hopefully i would get my long awaited dance with Tim Bradford.When I arrive i step out my car and oh my god Angela did an amazing job at decorating outside the courthouse. I scan around to fully take it in then I caught Tim staring at me with a desperate look in his eyes. I see him give me a once over then he looked into my eyes and quickly looked away when he saw me staring. I laughed a little and went t say hi but i got stopped by Angela 'hey girl how are you, i just saw Tim staring at your dress, you look amazing by the way.'
' hey I'm good thank you how are you, I saw him too, thank you u look amazing as well.' I say looking around to see if Tim is still there and i catch his eyes again. This time he stays looking into my eyes and I don't mind. I forget Angela was there until she snaps her fingers in my face and i turn to look at her, she looks pissed ' did you hear a word i just said'
'No I'm sorry i zoned out'
'Zoned out looking into Tim's eyes'
'Nooooo, i looked around and he was staring at me again and i ended up zoning out'
'Mhm ok anyway as I was saying do you why Tim didn't bring Ashley'
'No I don't he hasn't been picked up by her in a while as well do you think they broke up'
' i thought that too, where's Chris, wait don't tell me SOMEONE told you that you need someone worth the effort'
'How'd you know'
'I had to check the shop cameras the day you had that conversation next day Ashley breaks up with Tim'
'Of course you did and yes i did break up with Chris and no it wasn't for Tim'
'Ok well I am going to let you go to Tim'
'Ok see you later'
'Bye no making out behind the courthouse'
'ANGELA'
I tried to ignore her last comment but it doesn't work i step around her and carry n walking to Tim and i can feel her smirking,i roll my eyes.
' what was that for' Tim said obviously seeing my eye roll.
'Angela being Angela bugging me why you didn't bring Ashley even though she already knew you to broke up which by the way why didn't you tell me that'
'Of course, and I didn't tell you cause its none of your business, where's Chris'
'I ended it between us because a very smart person opened my eyes and told me that he wasn't the one for me'
' well that person is a genius and you should keep them around'
' i might, anyway how are you i caught you staring like you were desperate'
'I'm good and I wasn't staring desperately i wanted to see if you were ok'
'Yeh, I'm ...'
We got interrupted by Angela telling every one to shut up as the newly weds were coming
Tims POV:
I got ready to go Nyla and james' wedding. I wore a suit with a white dress top that hugged my abs. I arrive early to the courthouse because Angela asked me to help out with the decor. Once we've finished Lucy arrives and omg her dress had the right amount of cleavage the no one should notice unless they are staring at her chest and it hugs her curves so well . Had quickly stop myself from staring at her as she looked straight at me. When i turned around i had to mentally slap myself as when i was looking at her all i could think was 'I cant wait to take that dress of her' then i remembered that she is still with Chris Sanford. Uhh i hate that man he's the reason I'm not with her. But then I'm the one who set them up when we went on that double date. When i look back i see her walking over but she gets stopped by Angela. I can tell she stopped listening when she starting looking round and caught my eyes again but this time I don't look away and we are stud there looking into each others eyes the she breaks our eye contact cause Angela started snapping her fingers in Lucy's face the she said something else to lucy and lucy shouted her name and walked around her i see her roll her eyes. I say ' what was that for' she replies
'Angela being Angela bugging me why you didn't bring Ashley even though she already knew you broke up which by thee way why didn't you tell me that'
'Of course, and I didn't tell you its none of your business, where's Chris'
'I ended it between us because a very smart person opened my eyes and told me he wasn't the one for me' she exclaimed, I couldn't help but think 'yes she listened to me and ended it with Chris, maybe i might get to rip that dress of her body' I replied with
'Well that person is a genius and you should keep them around
'I might, anyway how are you i caught you staring like you were desperate'. Fuck.
'Im good and i was staring desperate i wanted to see if you were ok'
'Yeh,I'm...' she started but then we got interrupted by Angela telling us to shush because the newlyweds are coming.
Just then James and Nyla walked down the stairs in shock because of the kind gesture. They thank everyone for being here and we watched a video that made everyone laugh. Then everyone started dancing. So i took my chance and found Lucy and whispered 'technically i still owe you a dance'. To which she replied
'There is no technically about it a debt is owed'. She laughs a little. I offer her my hand and she takes it and we start the long awaited dance.
Lucys POV:
OH MY GOD IT HAPPENING. Im dancing with the one and only TIM BRADFORD.
Greys POV:
Im talking with Luna,Nyla and James when i look away for a moment and OMG is that Tim Bradford and Lucy Chen dancing, looking all lovey dovey. Then i get pulled out of my trail of thought by Luna saying ' wade, what are you ... oh' she when realised where i was looking. Nyla turns round at Luna's response and her and James say in sync 'OMG is that Tim and Lucy'. Then Angela walks over whispering 'shhh you gonna get their attention'
Lunas POV:
Im talking with the newly weds when I realised my husband wasn't paying attention so i say 'wade, what are you... oh' i stopped when i followed his gaze and see Tim and Lucy dancing like they just got married. Then Nyla and James follow our gaze and they say in sync 'OMG is that Tim and Lucy'. She realised how loud she said it when Angela walked over saying in a whisper 'shhh you gonna get their attention'
Nylas POV: (straight after Lunas and Greys so Angela is with them)
After Angela stops what she was saying i replied with ' sorry but I thought it was mine and James wedding day and not theirs ' and that bring the group to a subtle laughter. 'I mean she's not wrong' Wesley says as he walks over to the rest of the group.then Angela has the best idea...
Angelas POV:
After my husband walks over i have the best idea ' I'm going to tell the bartender to keep they're drink coming, cause Bradford needs a reset of expectations in a women'. Which causes Nyla and Luna to laugh and the boys to groan. So me,Nyla and Luna said in sync ' shut up you needed one and we came along'. That cause the boys to laugh. Hopefully my plan works. Oh well ill have to find out tomorrow when Tim. Blabbers it to me.

This is my first story so comments are much welcome. And this is a little different to how it is in the show. I always thought what the group thought about Tim and Lucy dancing. So i wrote it.
