chris woke up to absolute chaos. his eyesight was blurry, the sound of his brothers and his parents screeching made his head throb even harder than it already was. and he felt like he couldn't move.

the boys bedroom door swung open revealing his brother nick with a giant grin on his face. "morning!" he smiled. "morning nick." chris replied with his eyes closed and the same pillow from the night before clutched between his chest and arms.

"i hate to ruin the mood but, you gotta' start packing chris. we're leaving in like, 3 hours." nick said, dropping his grin.

chris didn't answer the boy. with a quiet sigh from nick, he left and carefully shut the door.

aurora woke up just as the sun did. she yawned before pulling the covers off of her and heading downstairs to make her breakfast.

aurora was peaceful as well as arranged. she got things done before rather than forgetting about them until it was too late.

the girl bit the inside of her mouth as she decided what and what not to bring.

time flew by and aurora finished packing just as her mother called her to the main room before they left for the airport.

once the labella's arrived at boston airport, they met the sturniolos before boarding the plane.

as soon as chris saw rory his eyes darted in every other direction that wasn't near her, and she noticed. aurora labella notices everything.

it didn't bother her, so she simply reciprocated his actions with ease. the one thing rory didn't notice was that it drove chris crazy.

rory was suddenly engulfed into a hug by matt, nick joining shortly after. "rory! are you excited?" nick squeals. "of course i am. we're spending christmas in lapland you guys." she replied with a small grin.

rory loved being alone but she also loved being with matt and nick. sometimes she forgot how nice it was to be surrounded by them.

christopher, watched from the sidelines as his two favorite people smiled and laughed with the one person he truly despised.

maybe he was simply jealous of the fact that his brothers got along with rory and he didn't.

or maybe he just simply hated her.

after boarding the plane, rory was seated next to two strangers in between her. it was hell. she glared at matt every time she caught him giggling at her unimpressed expression.

rory sighed. this was going to be a long flight.
