Third Person Pov:
It's been several days since the incident at Colby's house party, and Y/n's relationship with Jake has changed for the worse. The ride home was silent, and you could feel the tension in the air.
The current day, Y/n has not spoken to Jake or even looked at him, while Jake sat with his guilt wondering why Y/n switched up on him.

Jake's Pov:
Ever since Y/n and I had a falling out, it's been incredibly difficult for me to see her and not be able to talk to her. We used to be so close, sharing everything with each other and spending hours talking about anything and everything. But now, it's like she's a completely different person. Every time I try to strike up a conversation with her, she just gives me this cold, piercing glare before turning away and completely ignoring me.
It's like I'm invisible to her now. And it kills me inside knowing that I'm the reason for this distance between us. I can't help but wonder what I did wrong and what I could have done to prevent this from happening. It's torture seeing her walk past me in the hallway or when she's sitting in the living room with her headphones on, completely shutting me out. And it's even worse when I see her talking and laughing with our other friends, knowing that I used to be a part of that too.

I was sitting down at the table eating some toaster waffles with Johnnie before I heard a door open and close. I raised my head up to see Y/n walk out of her room with a dirty dish.
"Hey, Y/n, how did you sleep? I thought you, Johnnie, and I could head to the mall. " I smiled at her, but in return, she only glared at me before huffing.
"Y/n! Wait!" I called out to her, but she acted like I wasn't there.
I could feel my heart break even more.

Third Person Pov:
Several days has pass, Y/n was still refusing to speak to Jake. She was hurt and angry, feeling that she was not the one at fault. Jake had said some hurtful things and had not apologized, making it difficult for Y/n to forgive him. She couldn't understand why he couldn't see things from her perspective, and it was causing a rift between them.

Meanwhile,Johnnie was caught in the middle. He couldn't stand the tension between his two close friends, and it was driving him crazy. He knew both Y/n and Jake well, and he could see that they were both stubborn and unwilling to back down. Johnnie didn't want to take sides, but he also didn't want to see their friendship fall apart.

Johnnie's Pov:
I about had it with this ongoing silent treatment. I don't think they know it's affecting me, and I can only feel terrible for Jake and Y/n. This has been going to long. I need...I need to fix this.
I get up from my bed, not caring about my bed head before walking in Y/n's room.
"Hey y/n, how are you feeling?" I sat down next to her before watching her take a deep sigh.
"I don't know, Johnnie. I'm so upset that Jake would tell me I'm in the wrong! Vicky is just a cold hearted bitch who treated him like shit and only wanted him for you know what! Plus, I'm not going to let her disrespect me like that."
Y/n spat out as she ran her fingers through her hair.
"I know, Y/n. Vicky has always caused problems for us. He just doesn't know how to let her go, but Y/n, I think you should talk to Jake." I said bluntly while looking back at her.
"What!? Johnnie, that's not going to happen. I'm sorry, but it's a no." She mumbled before shaking her head.

Third Person Pov:
As Y/n folded her clothes and placed them neatly into her suitcase, she couldn't help but feel a pang of sadness. Her visit at Johnnie's house was coming to an end, and she wasn't ready to leave. She had been staying with her best friend for the past month, soaking up the warm California sun and making unforgettable memories. But now, as she zipped up her suitcase, she knew it was time to face reality and return to her life back home.

Just as she was about to finish packing, Johnnie walked into her room with a smile on his face. He offered to help her with the rest of her packing, but Y/n shook her head and let out a sigh. She knew she had to tell him the truth, even though it was going to be hard.

''Johnnie, there's something I need to tell you,'' Y/n said, her voice barely above a whisper.

His smile quickly turned into a frown as he saw the seriousness in her eyes. ''What is it?' he asked, taking a seat next to her on the bed.

''I'm not leaving,'' Y/n blurted out, her heart racing with nerves.

Johnnie's eyebrows shot up in surprise. 'What do you mean? You're not going back home?'

Y/n shook her head. 'No, I'm staying here in LA for good.'

His eyes widened in shock as he processed her words. Y/n had always talked about moving to California, but he never thought she would actually do it. He couldn't help but feel a sense of happiness for her, but at the same time, a twinge of sadness knowing that she wouldn't be living with him anymore.

'That's amazing, Y/n,' Johnnie said, placing a hand on her shoulder. 'But where will you stay?'

Y/n's expression turned serious once again. 'I can't stay here with you, Johnnie. Jake is still living here, and I don't want to cause any problems.'

Understanding dawned on Johnnie's face. He knew about the tension between Y/n and Jake, and he didn't want to make things harder for her. 'I get it,' he said with a nod. 'So where will you go?'

'I'm moving in with Tara,' Y/n replied, a hint of excitement in her voice.

Johnnie couldn't help but give a weak smile. He knew she would be happy there. 'Well, I'm glad you have a place to stay,' he said, giving her a hug. 'But I'm going to miss having you here.'

"I know, and I'm going miss being here too, but we can always hang out when we need to. Just please don't tell Jake about this, okay? I'm not ready yet." She said softly before Johnnie nodded.

(Time Skip)

After a few hours, Y/n grabbed her rhinestone sunglasses and placed them on top of her head before grabbing her bags. She was officially leaving the house. Her boxes were already loaded into her car, ready to be transported to Tara's apartment. She already told Johnnie she was leaving, but he was asleep, so she just told him softly so he could rest. After a 15-minute drive, Y/n was officially at Tara's apartment.

Y/n's Pov:
As I stepped out of the driver's side of my car, I could feel the excitement bubbling up inside of me. I couldn't believe that I was finally moving in with Tara.As I made my way towards the apartment building, I saw Tara running out towards me with a huge smile on her face. She squealed before enveloping me in a tight hug. 'I'm so excited for you to move in!' she exclaimed, practically jumping up and down with excitement. 'I have so much planned for us!' I couldn't help but smile at her contagious enthusiasm. Tara always knew how to make me feel excited and happy about anything. As we made our way into the apartment, she sat me down immediately to have a shot before we got to work.

Jake's Pov:
I got back from the gym, and before I walked to the living room to see Johnnie, I peaked into the guest room to see if Y/n was in there, but when I did...everything was gone. My eyes widened as my heart shriveled up. I ran towards the living room to ask Johnnie where Y/n was.
"Did Y/n leave? I didn't get to talk to her." I groaned before sitting across from Johnnie, but he just looked up at me and sighed.
"I tried to reason with her to talk to you, but she refused. Eh, and it was about time for her to go home, but she dropped a huge bomb on me. Y/n is staying in LA, but not here..."
I didn't reply but sat there in silence. What am I going to do? I care so much about Y/n.
