Draco Malfoy:

Draco walked to his next class confused as to why you had smelled him in the amortentia. Did you actually like him? He sat down in his seat which was next to yours. He looked over and wondered if you would show yourself or if you would skip classes. When the Professor entered the room, he knew you wouldn't be coming. He sighed and went on with his day wondering how he felt about the situation. Sure, you were an annoying brat who needed to learn to shut up at times, but still...he often wondered why he liked picking fights with you so much. It always seemed to calm him down on the inside whenever you were around him. Why was that? Could he be infatuated with you, or could there be more to it? Whatever the case, he needed to speak with you about what you smelled. Sadly, no matter how hard he tried to look for you, he couldn't find you anywhere you usually were. Draco walked back to his dorm with a determined look. He would just have to wait till tomorrow's Potions class to talk to you. Hopefully, you show up this time.

Blaise Zabini:

Blaise stood in the potion's class for a minute before he finally left. He started to walk but his destination...he knew not. He looked around but what was he looking for? He finally came to the corridor that led to the Black Lake. He stood and looked out a window to see you reading a book under a nearby tree. He smiled softly but he knew not why. Why were you always a form of comfort and happiness for him? Was it because he loved to tease you or was there more? He continued down the corridor while wondering what you were reading. Seeing as Blaise was a hidden book worm himself, the book cover looked familiar to him. He walked to the library and looked down the romance aisle to see if it would help jog his memory. He must have been there for hours just looking when all of a sudden, he heard your voice. He looked around the corner to see you turning in the book you had been reading. He stayed out of sight and waited for you to leave before he approached the librarian. "I was wondering if I could borrow the book Y/l/n just turned back in?" Blaise asked the librarian who smiled before giving him the book. He looked over the cover with interest. 'If Y/l/n read it then it must be interesting.' He told himself as he sat down in a chair and began to read the book. Blaise sat and read for hours, wondering what you had thought of the book. He came to a spicy scene and his eyes widened. 'Why had you read this book with this kind of scene in it?' He wondered while continuing to read. All the while his mind ran about what you had thought of the book and why you had been blushing out by the Black Lake. He came to yet another spicy scene and quickly closed the book with wide eyes. How could he finish a book like this? How were you able too? And yet, why did it comfort him to know you liked to read this sort of stuff? Was it because he knew something else about you that maybe no one else knew? Everyone knew of your courage and bravery but did anyone else know you liked to read about things that weren't fit for teenagers to even know about? Blaise smiled down at the book as he remembered how happy he felt when the Amortentia gave off his scent. He felt light with happiness but why was that? He remembered a quote the villain had said in the book that seemed so true to him..."Just because you're my enemy doesn't mean I hate you. In fact, if I had it my way, you'd be mine for eternity." Blaise thought over that quote over and over again. It was the truth for him. He wanted to have you to himself for as long as this life would permit it. He stood from his chair and made his way to the Slytherin common room. He was desperately waiting for tomorrow's potion class to see if his desire was true enough to smell you in the Amortentia.

Lorenzo Berkshire:

"Y/l/n, wait!" He called out to you after realizing you were leaving the potion's classroom. But he was too late. You were already out the door and gone from his sight. He sighed as everyone in the class looked at him in confusion. He finished up the notes on the parchment and handed them to Slughorn. The professor smiled and thanked the Slytherin boy before adding the parchment to the stack. Lorenzo turned to leave when Slughorn spoke up. "Why did Miss Y/l/n walk out of my classroom. I wanted to congratulate her on a perfect potion making." Lorenzo turned to the professor with a sad smile. "I believe it was because she smelled my cologne or so that was the last scent she told me." He said with a heavy heart. Slughorn nods and looks at the young boy. "I believe Miss Y/l/n may be confused about what Amortentia really shows a person." Lorenzo looked at the professor in confusion. "Isn't amortentia a love potion that smells like what you love most?" Lorenzo asked while slightly tilting his head. "Yes, that's true. But the amortentia can also give off the smells of one's truest feelings and desires. Even if the person smelling it doesn't know about what they truly desire. You see it's the subconscious mind that the amortentia affects. Thus, allowing a person to smell what they most desire and like in this world." Slughorn says with a smile. Lorenzo looked down for a moment in thought. He smiled to himself before thanking the professor for this knowledge. He walked out of the classroom with a big smile and a newfound determination. He made his way to the Hufflepuff common room door and knocked hoping someone would open up and allow him to enter. A girl he knew to be one of your friends opened the door. "Kathy, right?" He asked the girl. "What do you want Berkshire?" She asked with a bit of attitude in her voice. "Is Y/n in there? I'd like to see her." He says with his signature smile. Kathy rolls her eyes at the attempt to get in with charm. "She doesn't want to see you or anyone else right now. So, I suggest that you leave her be for the time being and wait until your class tomorrow to talk to her." Lorenzo's smile drops at her words. "Oh, I see. Well, please tell her I want to talk to her about what happened today in potion's class." He told the girl with a nod of his head. He went to turn away, but the girl spoke up. "Promise me you'll let her down gently, okay?" Lorenzo turned to the girl in confusion. He didn't know how he truly felt about you yet but was hoping that getting to talk with you more would enlighten how he truly felt. "I don't know how I feel about her." He told Kathy honestly. Kathy sighs and says, "Well make up your mind before you talk to her." And with that, Kathy closed the door. Lorenzo stood there for a moment letting the girl's words sink in. He made his way to the Slytherin common room where his best friend, Mattheo Riddle, sat by the fire. Lorenzo sat by him with a confused look on his face. Mattheo sighed and looked over at the boy. "What's eating you?" Mattheo asked with a frown. "Y/n Y/l/n." Lorenzo says with a sad smile. "Oh, for merlin's sake, when are you going to ask the girl out already?" Mattheo says throwing his hands in the air. Lorenzo looked at his best friend with a confused look. "Everyone knows you bother the girl to get her attention. Gosh darn even I can't get the girl to look at me for more than five seconds, but you. You're the only Slytherin boy she gives the time of day too." Lorenzo smiled at those words. The thought of you only giving him attention made him happy and proud. "See? You obviously like the girl if you're smiling like that. Just ask her out and save all of us the trouble of watching you spiral down into darkness again." Mattheo got up from the seat and left Lorenzo to himself. The boy thought over the words he was given and smiled. It was true...he had feelings for you and with the new information Slughorn had given him, you felt the same way about him deep down. Lorenzo quickly went to bed hoping tomorrow would come early so that he could share how he truly felt with you.
