Jung-su and Martin arrived at Trinity Orphanage. Martin parked the car while Jung-su went inside, followed by Martin. The security guard opened the gate, revealing children playing happily. Some teenagers were chasing after them, while the elders were sitting in chairs, chatting and knitting sweaters.

As they walked through the children, Jung-su noticed their happy faces. He wondered how anyone could blame them, as they were just living their own lives. How could anyone even think of disturbing these beautiful souls?

Then Josh, the person in charge of the orphanage, approached them. "Hi, Sir," he greeted Jung-su and Martin.

"Hi, Josh. Is everything alright here?" Jung-su asked.

"So far, there have been no problems. But there have been some threats from the outside. We haven't been able to identify who they are. At night, they throw stones at the windows and cut the electricity, and we've also received threatening phone calls. Sir, we don't know who they are or what they want. But please tell them to leave us alone. I don't know how to deal with this," Josh explained to Jung-su, who looked at him with pity.

Jung-su turned to Martin and said, "Ask four of our best men to guard this orphanage at night. Is that clear?"

"On it, Sir," Martin replied, bowing.

Jung-su then turned his attention back to Josh. "Don't worry, Josh. Just bear it for a few days. I'll make sure to put the criminal behind bars."

"Thank you so much, Sir," Josh thanked him.

Jung-su kneeled before a little girl who had approached him. "What do you want, little brat?" he asked playfully.

"Uncle, can I give you a complaint?" the little girl asked him.

"Why?" Jung-su asked.

"Because I saw a boy in my school who I want to talk to, but he always runs away when he sees me. Uncle Josh said you are the police and will help people. Can you help me, Uncle?" the little girl explained, looking up at Jung-su with her doe eyes.

Jung-su laughed and said, "I'll take the complaint but on one condition."

"What is it, Uncle?" the little girl asked.

"Come with me. I think I know the criminal. Will you?" Jung-su asked, stretching his hand out to her. Of course, running away from girls means his one and only son, Jeon Jungkook.

The girl looked up at Josh, who was standing behind her, and he gave her permission to go with Jung-su.

"I'll come. Let's go. Let's catch that oppa," the little girl said, taking Jung-su's hand.

Martin followed behind them as they walked away.

"You didn't tell us your name yet."
Martin said.

"I'm Lily. I'm six years old and studying at Busan High School," the little girl exclaimed, showing her toothy smile.

The three sat in the car while Jung-su had Lily on his lap. Martin drove the car to Jung-Su's home. Soon, they reached the house.

Jung-su opened the door and got out of the car holding Lily in his arms. "You go to the Police Station, I'll be back after lunch. Okay, Martin?"

"Yes, Sir," Martin replied.

"Bye Uncle," Lily waved at Martin.

"Bye, Lily," he laughed and waved at her.

"Let's go and catch the criminal, Police uncle. Come," Lily said to Jung-su while fisting her little palm.

"Let's catch him. But we need a plan, right?" Jung-su asked.

Lily nodded her head, looking to concentrate on him.

"So here's the plan. You go and knock on the door. I'll be hiding. When he opens the door, let's get him. Okay?" Jung-su exclaimed.

"But what if his parents open the door?" Lily asked him.

"No, his dad is at work, and his mom will be in the kitchen. So no worries."
Jung-su explained.
Because whenever Jung-su comes home for lunch, Jungkook only opens the door.

"How do you know his dad is at work and his mom is in the kitchen?" Lily asked him.

Jung-su sighed at this girl's clever mind. "Because I'm a police officer. Police know everything, right?"

"Yes, yes, the police know everything," Lily shouted.

"Shh, he will get alerted," Jung-su told her.

Lily closed her mouth. "Okay, now let's start our plan."

Lily went to the door, and Jung-su hid behind the wall. He rang the bell and waited for it to open. Little steps could be heard from the other side of the door. The door opened, and Jungkook screamed upon seeing Lily waving at him. "Hi, Oppa," she said sweetly.

"Mumma, ghost!" Jungkook cried and ran away inside.

Lily ran after him, shouting, "Oppa, stop running. I'm gonna arrest you."

Hearing all that noise, Sohee came out of the kitchen only to widen her eyes at the running kids. Jungkook was crying while Lily was running behind him, laughing to catch him. When Jungkook saw his mother, he stopped running. Jungkook hid behind his mom's leg.

Sohee looked down at the girl who was looking at Jungkook with her sweet smile.

"Who are you, sweetheart?"
Sohee asked her softly.

"I'm Lily."

"What are you doing here, Lily?"

"I came here to arrest this oppa because he was not talking with me. The police uncle said he would help me."
Lily exclaimed and looked back to see Jung-su coming in laughing his ass off.

"Jungkook you are such a crybaby."
He said still laughing hard.

"Jung-Su, what is happening here?"
Sohee asked him.

"This little girl, Lily wants to be friends with Jungkook. But he is scared to talk to her and like always he runs away if any girl approaches him. So Lily gave me a complaint to arrest this oppa and make him a friend with her."
Jung-Su said to Sohee while looking at the two kids.

Sohee laughed a little and pulled Jungkook from behind her.

"Jungkook baby, why are you scared? Lily came here all along to be friends with you. Won't you talk to her?"
Sohee asked him.

Jungkook looked at his mom with his red eyes and puffy cheeks.

"I'm scared, mumma."
Jungkook said in his tiny voice looking down.

"What are you scared of? She is not a monster, right? Are you scared of mumma because I'm a girl? No, right? Look at Lily, she just wants you to be her friend. No need to cry, baby. Mumma will save you. She won't hurt you. Come on, let's ask for her forgiveness since you always run away from her."
Sohee said and made Jungkook stand before Lily.

"I'm sorry, Lily."

Lily moved towards him and pecked his right cheek making him go red.
His ears got red in shyness.

"It's okay, oppa. Will you be my friend?"
She asked giving her hand to shake.

Jungkook who was still in a daze after the kiss came to reality and shook his hand with her. Lily smiled brightly looking at this Jungkook also smiled showing his bunny teeth. Sohee and Jung-su smiled at the innocent children who had nothing but innocent and pure love in their eyes.
