I'm in the interrogation room sitting before the criminal who surrendered himself to the police saying he's the one who killed the four cops, 𝑲𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒍.

He is smirking at me sitting before me in the chair hands cuffed with the table loops. I just want to wipe that smirk off his face but control myself since the higher authorities are looking at us from the other side of the room through one side of see-through glass.

"Why did you kill them?"
I asked him, who was playing with the cuffs.

He looked at me.

"Do you know why people say we should not eat spinach with egg?
My mom also said that. Do you know why?"
He asked me, ignoring my question.

"I'm the one who should ask questions here, not you. So you better behave."
I said.

He looked at me before continuing,

"I was bored. That's why I killed them."

He said easily. But it only made me angry at how cool he was answering me. I just want to break his jaw right now. But I calmed myself before continuing,

"You better tell me the truth. Did you kill them or did someone tell you to do it?"
I asked him.

He looked up at me with a blank face. I can say he wants to say something but hesitates. The look in his eyes was like he was under someone's spell. I again asked him the same but with a calm voice.

"Did anyone force you to do it?"
I asked him.

Now I can understand that someone forced him. He looked at the one side mirror and then looked at me. I got it. I can understand that he doesn't want to tell it in front of everyone. So I just got up from the seat.

"I'll be back after twenty minutes you better tell me the truth."
I said to him and walked out of the interrogation room.

End of Jung-Su's POV

Author's POV

Jung-su came out of the interrogation room and looked at the officials standing there.

"Is he going to tell us the truth or not?"
One of the higher officials asked him.

"He will, Sir. Give me some time. I'll make sure to surrender him before the law."
Jung-su said.

The higher officials nodded their heads at him.

"I want it quick."
They said and left the room.

Now, Jung-Su, the recording man, and Kang Daniel were present in the room.
