Y/n was with Sakura in the forest as he was trying to teach her the basics of genjutsu.

Y/n: It's not too hard to learn one singular genjutsu if you have quite good chakra control, which luckily for you...you do.

Sakura nods as Y/n looks at her

Y/n: I'm going to perform a basic genjutsu okay? Just make sure to look at what I am doing..okay?

Sakura nods as Y/n walks up to her and puts his hands together

Sakura: Just tell me what you want me to do Y/n

Y/n: When you are ready just try and run towards me

Sakura: O-okay...?

Sakura starts to run towards Y/n until eventually she just freezes

Sakura: What the....

She tries to run or do something but she is just unable to

Sakura: How are you able to do this?

Y/n: It's a technique called the Paralysis Technique. It's an illusion in which causes the target to feel like their entire body has become paralyzed.

Y/n walks towards Sakura as he taps her on the head which causes her to not be paralysed no more.

Y/n: I want you to be really good at that genjutsu, because it is quite effective against people who don't know how to dispel a genjutsu

Sakura nods as she looks at Y/n

Sakura: Thank you Y/n! I appreciate you helping me out...I just want to be of use to you, Naruto and Sasuke-Kun...

Y/n smiles as he puts his hand in her shoulder

Y/n: Not everyone is naturally gifted Sakura-san, it takes work to get where you want to be. So don't compare yourself to us and maybe look for a better goal.

Sakura smiles as she understands exactly what Y/n is talking about.

Kurama: Smooth moves Y/n! I see that you at least got some sort of talking ability from your mother

Y/n blushes as he puts his hand away

Y/n: K-Kurama!

Kurama just laughs as Y/n tries to compose himself

Y/n: You can try the technique on me. We can keep going until you are eventually able to master the genjutsu

Sakura: Okay Y/n!

Y/n and Sakura have been in the forest for quite some time as Sakura has still not been able to perfectly put Y/n in the paralysis genjutsu.

Y/n: We still have time Sakura-san, there is no point of giving up now

Sakura nods

Sakura: Okay Y/n! I will try again and only again once more! Because I'm still not getting it.

Y/n: Okay, I'm going to walk towards you so be ready

Y/n starts to walk towards Sakura as she puts her hands together

Sakura: Please work....

Sakura sees that Y/n has been frozen to the spot..but a few seconds later he is able to walk through the genjutsu

Sakura: It's not working!! This is just stupid!! I will never learn it and master it!!

Sakura gets pissed off as she walks off
