Y/n: Could you teach me that Jutsu Jiraiya-sensei? That Rasengan..

Jiraiya chuckles

Jiraiya: Of course I can Y/n. Let me get the things I need so that you can learn the jutsu

Y/n: Okay, I will just wait here then Jiraiya-sensei!

Jiraiya walks off back towards the village to get things for Y/n's rasengan training as Y/n is just sitting down and waiting for him

Y/n: I wonder how strong this jutsu will be....could it propel me even more forward

Y/n waits for a bit until Jiraiya comes back with two bags

Jiraiya: Okay! Now we can start your training

Jiraiya throws a water balloon at Y/n as Y/n catches it

Jiraiya: What I would like for you to do with that ball is to use the same technique as the tree climbing exercise and the water walking exercise

Y/n: Okay...

Jiraiya: With the water balloon exercise you will learn to create a stream of chakra and spinning it in the process

Y/n: Ah! That makes sense! So you want me to create a stream of water until the balloon eventually pops!

Jiraiya smiles

Jiraiya: You are catching on Y/n! Now train to try and pop the balloon

Y/n: Okay!

Some time passes as Y/n not able to pop the one balloon

Y/n: How come it is taking so long to pop the balloon!

Jiraiya: Don't worry Y/n....you've got to have patience and calm down...

Y/n: I should calm down..

Y/n thinks for a moment about what Jiraiya just said as he starts to slowly breathe in and out as he starts to create a steam of chakra into the water balloon

Y/n: Now I just need to create a better stream...

Jiraiya was intrigued in what Y/n was doing as he stood up. Y/n had his eye closed as he was looking down at the ground as the water balloon started to move around and shake until it eventually popped

Y/n: Did I do it!? Was I able to do it!!

Jiraiya was impressed

Jiraiya: Indeed you did Y/n. He even did it quicker than Minato...

Y/n started to jump for joy as Jiraiya was smiling

Jiraiya: Alright then! I guess we should take it up a notch

Jiraiya takes out a rubber ball. He adds chakra to it as it bursts and breaks

Jiraiya: Try and do it to that ball
