(Since it's the anniversary of when I finished this story, I thought it would be a good idea to post something out for it. I know that in the main story, I didn't really go into detail about Hope's love life, so I thought why not now. This chapter will go through different stages in Hope's life.)
Hope at 15 years old
One day when Hope and Grayson were doing their homework in the library at school. Grayson was trying to find the courage to ask Hope something.
Just do it, what's the worst that can happen? She could say no and then you ruined your whole friendship. But if you don't do this, you'll regret this for the rest of your life. Here goes nothing, Grayson thought.
"Hope this has been on my mind for a while now and I don't think I can just be your friend."
"What? Why? Did I do something wrong?"
"What? No no, you didn't do anything wrong."
"If I didn't do anything wrong then why don't you wanna be my friend anymore."
"Because...I like you...more than a friend."
"Oh..."
"I know it might be weird at first, but would you like to go on a date to see if we can be more than friends."
"Well, I have also been thinking the same and I want to see if we can be more than friends too."
"Great, then I'll meet you at the grill at 7:00 pm tonight."

As Hope was making her way into town, she couldn't help but think about how this date will turn out.
I still can't believe Grayson asked me out. We've been friends for like forever and I didn't think that he thought of me in a romantic way. I thought he only thought of me as a sister or something. I know that I used to think that way about him when we were younger but then as we got older, I started to realize that I was thinking about him more than I thought about my other friends.
When Hope finally gets to the grill she notices that Grayson is already there.
"Hey Grayson, I hope you haven't been waiting long."
"No, I haven't been waiting long, I just got here not that long before you."
"Do you want to just grab a table and see where the night takes us?"
"Sure, that would be nice."
After that Hope and Grayson just spent the next couple of hours talking and playing a couple of rounds of pool and then after that they decided to go for a walk.
