Chapter 8 (Season 2)

In his restless dreams, Phelix sees his dead mother, as a white void surrounded him. "Phelix..." Sidney says, wearing a white dress. "...Mom?" Phelix said, amazed. "..I mean, I could tell by the pictures, but...you're so pretty...". Sidney goes up to Phelix, feeling his face. "My baby..." Sidney said. "I'm so sorry I couldn't be in your life". "No, mom...It's my fault that you're dead...you were so young..." Phelix said, tears in his eyes. "...Everything's my fault...". "You're a good boy, Phelix. I know you are" Sidney says. "...I'm a monster..." Phelix says, sitting down. "..Phelix, you always felt something was different about you than others..even before you knew the truth" Sidney said. "But even still you were good. You didn't let that change who you are". "Because I couldn't accept who I was...now I accept who I am" Phelix says. "Who are you?" Sidney says. "...I'm a bad guy" Phelix said. Sidney sits down with Phelix, as Phelix lays his head on her lap. "You may think you're bad...but I know you'll do good" Sidney said, caressing Phelix's hair. "...I know you will...".

"Would you stop saying that?" Penelope says to Casey. "What? That all hope is lost? Because it is" Casey said. "We shouldn't have let her drink. She's a recovering drug addict" Adam says. "My sobriety has nothing to do with what I feel" Casey says. "Casey, you can't just give up. Not after everything" Quinn says. "You don't get it. The DEVIL came to my face! Threatened me! Threatened my friends!" Casey said. "At least this way nobody else dies". "And you believe him? Case, we're talking about the end of the world here. Armageddon" Jesse says. "I know! And no matter what we do, it's gonna happen regardless" Casey said. "So we might as well just enjoy the ride". "It ain't over, until it's over!" Sean intervenes, as the group gets quiet. "What about Phelix?" Penelope said to Casey, breaking the silence. "You still thinking about him?". Casey doesn't respond, looking down. As a wind blows by, Corina appears to the group. "..Corina?" Casey said, the group setting their eyes on Corina. "We thought you were trapped? At least that's what the angel said". "I got out. That holy fire couldn't hold my power for long" Corina said. "Never mind that. I have info to tell you guys". "What info?" Sean says.

Corina tells the group the information. "So Lucifer hates demons too? How do you know that?" Casey questions. "A birdie told me. A demon named Beelzebub" Corina said. "There's a demon named Beelzebub? Yea, I could tell he's ancient..." Jesse says. "And why would a demon tell you that?" Quinn questioned. "He believes that Lucifer is only using demons for a means to an end" Corina said. "He believes that when Lucifer is done with humanity, that he will exterminate demonkind". "Really?" Jesse says. "It makes sense" Sean says. "It does?" Penelope raises her eyebrows. "I mean, think about it. If Lucifer thinks humans are abominations, how do you think he feels about demons?" Sean said. "Demons are like the poster boys of imperfect creatures. I mean, the only reason he created Lilith was to show God how flawed humanity is". "Okay, so say this Beelzebub guy knows what he's talking about. What's in it for him?" Jesse says. "Well, to stay alive, for one" Corina said. "And he knows where the Horsemen Famine and Conquest are". "And he told you?" Jesse said, as Corina nods. "Tell us".

Jeremiel appears to the group as wind blows by. Both Jeremiel and Corina tense up from the sight of each other. "Nephalem" Jeremiel says. "Angel.." Corina said. "I must get going" Corina disappears in the wind. "NO! Dammit, Jere!" Jesse said. "She had a lead on the horsemen!". "My apologies. For a matter has come to hand" Jeremiel says. "What matter?" Adam questions. "A person in a small town of New York has been resurrected from the dead" Jeremiel said. "What? How?" Penelope says. "For the horseman of Death" Jeremiel says. "..Wait, Death is bringing people back to life?" Jesse chuckles. "Kinda didn't expect that out of him..or her..whatever it is..But how is that a bad thing?". "It's an Omen, for Death shall murder all of New York" Jeremiel says. "What!? Why?!" Penelope says. "Maybe because they're Horsemen of the apocalypse?" Casey says, sarcastically. "And let me guess...you want us to go and stop it" Adam said to Jeremiel. "If God is so worried about New York getting wiped off the map, maybe he should stop it himself?". "Even if we could stop it, there's no way we could get there in time" Quinn said. "We're in Carolina. That's at least a half day's drive". "What is Death gonna do to it?" Casey asks Jeremiel. "It's going to flood the state by next week". "That's enough time. We'll be alright" Jesse says. "Don't worry about transportation, for I'll fly you to New York" Jeremiel says. "You're gonna zap us like you did before?" Jesse said to Jeremiel. "Yes". "Oh, fuck no! Hell no!" Jesse said. "Last time you did that shit, I was pooping nonstop!". "He's not lying.." Quinn says. "Language" Jeremiel said. "As some of you won't be able to come". "Why?" Sean questions. "The Horn of Gabriel, which you've lost, is out there. It's vital, as it's an ingredient" Jeremiel says. "Ingredient to what?" Quinn says. "The cage of Lucifer" Jeremiel said. "As God created, you must use the keys to trap Lucifer in the cage of hell for the rest of eternity". "..Really? And the horsemen's blood-". "Are ingredients to the cage as well" Jeremiel cuts off Adam. Jesse smiles, looking at Sean. "I told you we'd find out!" Jesse said. "Man..that's big!". "We still have to get it, but that's good news" Sean says. "Damn right that's good news! Now we know how we can beat this fucker!" Jesse said, as Jeremiel looks at him. "Language, my fault..". "That's why he was so scared when we got War's blood...he knows we're close" Casey said. "He knows we can beat him...". "So that means you're back on?" Penelope asks Casey. Casey shakes her head, looking at Jeremiel. "The Horn of Gabriel is an object touched by God, as it's an essential ingredient to open the cage" Jeremiel says. "...I'll go after the Horn" Casey says. "I'm coming with you" Penelope says. "No. It's better if I do this alone" Casey objects. "How? You need backup. And demons are probably going after it, since it's an ingredient to trapping Lucifer" Penelope says. "Penelope, no" Casey said. "I know what you're doing" Penelope says. "And what am I doing exactly?". "You think by going after this horn alone, you'll die. So when the apocalypse happens, at least you'll already be dead, right?" Penelope said. "Well, I'm not gonna let you do that...I'm coming with you". "..I guess that means the rest of us is heading to New York then" Sean said. "Hopefully, we can prevent it from becoming Atlantis.."
