Chapter 10 (Season 2 Series Finale)

12 years ago, a young Phelix sat pouting on the living room's couch, tears in his eyes. "It's okay, Phelix...maybe she will stay?" Carol says to him, rubbing his back. "I don't want a maybe, I want a yes" Phelix cries. As he sat sadden on the couch, a knock is heard at the front door. Phelix rushed to the door, opening it. Hoping that it was Casey, as it was her. "CASEY!" Phelix smiles, jumping on Casey. Casey hugged Phelix back, holding him tightly, never wanting to let go. "Mommy said you might be leaving for college" Phelix says. "You kidding me? I'll never leave you" Casey smiles, putting Phelix down. Casey then takes out an anti-possession charm, the one Phelix still wears til this day. "I got you a present" Casey says. "What is it?" Phelix asks. "It's a very important necklace, a charm. You put it around your neck". "Why is it important?" Phelix questions. "It keeps demons away...It keeps evil away" Casey says, putting the charm around Phelix's neck. "I love you, Casey" Phelix says. "I love you too". Casey and Phelix hugged, as Carol, Casey's mother, smiles in the background.

Present

"You met Jesus Christ? Like THE Jesus Christ?" Quinn said, as the group nods. "And he gave me his blood? So I basically got the Messiah's blood in me?". "I guess you can say that, yea" Jesse smiles. "...Wow...and he gave how to trap the devil and everything?" Quinn says. "Yeah. Can say he gave us a whole word instruction manual" Sean says. "...That's crazy..." Quinn said. "I just want to thank you guys, you know? For everything". "Nah, wasn't us. Was all Jesse" Penelope says. "Yeah, if it wasn't for Jesse, Adam would've put a bullet in you" Casey chuckles. "And I wouldn't blame him...thank you" Quinn says to Jesse. "Ah, no big deal. Just saved your life..prevented potential mass murder". "Alright, now you're gloating" Quinn rolls her eyes. "What about those fallen angels you guys were talking about?". "..Well, kinda like a light beam lit from the earth...wouldn't be surprised if it was them" Sean says. "Yea, saw the news on my phone..they're saying it's a terrorist attack" Casey says. "And some say it's aliens, some says it's angels...I guess some got the second one correct" Sean said. "And it's definitely them. After the light beam, the authorities located the place where the beam shot from. The whole town was vacated. Many was found lying dead together...like a ritual. Pretty sure they're all in morgues now" he says. "And an open field not to far from the dead folks looks like it was hit by a comet...sounds familiar? Police thinks the beam has something to do with the deaths, they just don't know what it is". "So you're saying we have seven vengeful angels walking the earth? Eight, counting Lucifer" Quinn says. "The fallen has indeed risen" Jeremiel appears, as wind blows by. "..Well, good job at trying to stop it" Adam said, sarcastically. "Really. A plus work you guys are doing". "It's Armageddon we're trying to prevent" Jeremiel said. "But it's too late, for Michael has gotten permission". "Gotten permission? Permission for what?" Casey questions. "Permission from God, to battle Lucifer" Jeremiel says. "..Battle?" Quinn says. "You mean fight? The fight that's gonna roast half the planet!?" Jesse says. "Yes, the fight that's going to 'roast' half the planet" Jeremiel says. "..What? You can't do that! Millions are gonna die!" Penelope says. "We're aware, but since the rise of the fallen, we see there's no other choice" Jeremiel says. "There's always a choice! We can trap him, for Christ's sake!" Jesse says. "I'm afraid there's not, not in this matter" Jeremiel says. "..What saint Michael is...he's an angel! I thought angels were supposed to protect people!?" Jesse says. "Read the Bible" Jeremiel said. "For angels are warriors of God". "We gotta try something else! There's millions of lives in the crossfire here!" Sean says. As wind blows by, Corina shows. Corina and Jeremiel immediately noticed each other's presence. "You guys allowed for the fallen angels to be risen?" Corina says. "Don't say 'allowed'. We're just humans. If we would've stepped one foot in that place, Lucifer would've torched us alive" Sean says. "Besides, we had our own matters to attend to. They're the ones you should be mad at" Adam points at Jeremiel. Corina looks at Jeremiel. "I'm assuming that Michael's going to fight Lucifer now?". "Yes" Jeremiel answeres. Corina shakes her head. "Typical. Heaven being 'righteous', as they say. That's the reason why I fell in the first place". "You fell from grace because you're an abomination" Jeremiel says. "Guys! We really don't have time for this!" Quinn intervenes. "I told you we were running out of time! Now millions will die!" Corina said. "If someone gets hurt in the crossfire, I swear to God-". "Don't swear on the Lord!" Jeremiel interrupts Corina. "Who do you care for?" Jesse says to Corina. "None of your business" Corina says. Quinn shakes her head, looking at a quiet Casey. "What do you got to say about this, Casey?". "What can she say? It's over" Corina says. "...I have an idea..." Casey said. "Not saying it's gonna work...but it's better than anything we got...".
