I awoke to a sharp jab in my bottom.  My eyes flew open, sleepiness banished as I realized what the hard object was.  I turned to see him beside me, sleeping soundly.

As I touched my head, a throbbing pain erupted, accompanied by blurry images flashing before my eyes.

They slowly sharpened, revealing a horrifying scene.  "Shit! Stell, what did you do…?" I cursed, pulling at my hair.

I needed to escape. Stell was already rising when a hand clamped around my waist, pulling me back onto the bed. He pinned me down.

His voice was low, a dangerous rumble. "Going somewhere?" Goosebumps erupted on my skin. My hands were raised above my head, his grip tight on my wrists.

I tried to remain strong, to avoid stuttering, but my voice cracked at the end. "What… what do you… need?"

He didn't answer, just stared at me, his expression unreadable. Then, as I noticed the hunger in his eyes, my struggle ceased.  I swallowed hard, my hands slick with sweat.

His hand, which had been on my waist, moved to my lips.  He spoke, his voice laced with hurt. "You're so rude, Stell. Trying to escape after… what you did last night. He emphasized the last part, his gaze lingering on my lips.  "You didn't even consider my feelings."

I stammered, my denial a pathetic whisper. "I-I don't know what you're talking about." I looked away. He feigned a gasp, tilting my chin to force me to meet his gaze.

"It's fine," he said, grinning, a glint of mischief in his eyes.

"Maybe we should continue where we left off?" he suggested, raising his eyebrows.

I shoved him, sending him sprawling onto the bed. Then  ran, as fast as my legs would carry me, and locked myself in the bathroom.

Sitting on the cold tiles, I fanned my face, my heart hammering against my ribs.  The heat still burned on my cheeks.

I stood, deciding a shower would help wash away the lingering sensations. The water cascaded over me, a temporary balm to my racing thoughts.

Soon, he emerged from the tub, stopping abruptly. That's when I remembered – I hadn't brought a change of clothes.  I'd assumed I'd be leaving much sooner.

Stell spotted a bathrobe hanging on the wall and sighed. I had no choice. Blushing furiously, I tiptoed into the bedroom, the robe barely concealing me.

I peeked around the door. He was sitting on the edge of the bed, his head bowed.  He looked up, his smile widening as his gaze swept over me. My grip on the robe tightened.

I closed my eyes, steeling myself.  "Can I borrow some clothes? I forgot to bring any."  Silence.

When I opened my eyes, his face was inches from mine.  I almost stumbled backward, but he was quick, his hands catching me around the waist.

Our eyes locked, and I looked away first.  He went to a drawer, retrieving a spare set of clothes. He handed them to me wordlessly.  I retreated to the bathroom and dressed.
