"Hello Timothy, I have news for you," the man walked up to Timothy, pulling his red cloak tighter around him. Dusk was beginning, blood red colours coloured the sky for more than two hours before inky darkness truly set. The temperature quickly dropped, leaving mist coming from every breath.

"Yes?" Timothy was tired, and not particularly looking forward to this conversation. He was very keen to be closer to one of the two fires burning brightly a short distance away, but Eliezer was walking him toward the edge of the clearing they had created.

"You asked me to search the area for Hybrids with unusual powers; a difficult task, considering it is not something I practise regularly. However, I found one you are looking for," Eliezer now, stopped, behind a pile logs that were yet to be transported back to town.

"The child you call Hidden, I had talked to someone who described what it is to have your mind felt by her. 'Desolate' he described it as. There's only one way someone's mind can be like that. It's a girl, like you assumed, too. She was far away when I sensed her- she has learnt to block all feelings and thoughts being heard. But I could get a sense; Hidden is most probably not her real name- but it aptly describes her. She will be difficult to catch, her Sense extends a long way," Eliezer was thoughtful; she was unusual, even considering the many minds he had felt and understood.

"So what is the extent of her power? This is why you were brought here, to gain more information, not to tell us what we have already got," Timothy knew he shouldn't anger Eliezer, he was plenty more powerful than he, but today had been a long and hard one.

"I am. I hadn't finished. These things aren't definite, and I only heard a whisper. The girl, Hidden, smothers not only her own hotspot but another person's as well. So she also has a companion; about the same age I think, the overall 'sense' I got from what I heard was loneliness and youth. They disappeared soon after. Vanished, couldn't follow her hotspot at all. She was above me, however; somewhere toward the hills."

"Of course, I'll update that in the logs. Would you say she is dangerous?"

"Of course-she's heavily armed with the ability to sense others, even from a distance. That's dangerous. But dangerous in the sense you're talking about? I wouldn't know, not until I actually see her," Eliezer summarised, finished with his report, "I'm going to get something to eat- will you come?"

"In a moment, I have to finish some paperwork," Timothy turned and walked away, toward the tent that had been erected for him.

He mulled over his conversation with Eliezer as he took out the yellow sheets of paper he had brought with him; flicking through he found Hidden Carter. He pulled it out and began copying the information onto another sheet.

Dangerous.

Timothy smiled as he placed the new card at the front of the pile, before leaving the tent for the warmth of the fire.
