Everything has a mystery story behind, knowing how to use it for good purposes, mischievously, it can go long ways....

Every month. It was the rule, to keep inventory numbers up to date. For a company increasing sales and production was great. The more we sold, the more we needed to supply. For that, we need to have more ingredients to maintain our inventories fresh.

We needed to contact our primary ingredients suppliers to confirm a steady supply of raw, fresh materials and ingredients, and a great positive long term relationship.

Travelling overseas to visit our suppliers ingredients was the key, strengthening business relationship ships and ensuring the security of the delivery of the finished product.

Soon, planned that at the time we would reinforce this social relationship with our suppliers, we would also include our safety auditing procedures.

Great opportunity for both of us, getting to know our supplier, and reinforce our relationship, business and friendship.

It was soon necessary to establish a schedule to keep inventory and stock on hand.

A monthly review on stock on hand and in transit was needed, so initially created a little document that with some excel calculations and formulas would allow us to keep inventory in shape.

Andrew, decided to call it INVENT4
We would check inventory every month end.
Every month had 4weeks
We would run it every first week of the month.

Soon enough, INVENT4 week was created and became an important part of our lives....

We sat together every month to do INVENT4, it was sacred time, these numbers would tell us ingredients and raw materials needed for the production of the finished product to be sold to our customers, restaurants, hotels and museums.

Andrew was a very creative with naming his new tea blends, and of course with numbers.

Teas like 'Lovers Leap' and 'Bella Coola' (translated to Beautiful Ass), started to be a part of the catalogue of words initiating the flirting.

After calling numbers for hours, my voice sometimes would break up and my voice would go hoarse. Sexy.

A month end routine starting to transform into a dating time

And numbers and names starting to play in our minds...

Month end inventory became our month routine.

Time we started to look forward every week after our inventory review....

A good exercise for my English pronunciation.

Bonding that started to grow in passion and Biden thoughts, lush and flirting.

A silly start of a relationship that allowed us to get us to know each other better. Sometimes we would talk about our weekend and family affairs, kids affairs...
